この家は、堅木張りの床、ステンレス鋼の器具、白いエナメルのキャビネット、アーチ型の天井、たくさんの窓で完全に改造されました。 メインフロアには2つのベッドルームがあります。1つはキングサイズのベッド、もう1つはツインベッドです。 ランドリールームと大きなシャワー付きのフルバス。 下の階には専用の入り口があり、断続的にレンタルされますが、このスペースには含まれていません。 1台のガレージスペースと追加の駐車スペース。

The owner of the property couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was also great. There is so much to see and do in the area and all of the sites were within an easy day trip. It's also near the downtown area with easy access to great restaurants and shops.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und zentraler Lage. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die unmittelbare Lage an der Hauptstraße. Aufgrund des Verkehrslärms ist ein entspanntes verweilen auf der Veranda nicht möglich.

Overall nice place, clean and charming, loved the location which was across the street from a park. Perfect for the g-kids (age 9 and 12). We were lucky that the weather was comfortable as the air conditioner was not functional. Please read the fine print as there is a renter living in the basement, brief concern as we had noise coming from the garage area late at night.
Plenty of parking on the street, driveway and one garage stall is available.

Julie was an excellent host, we had a great time in rapid city. It’s was basically in the middle of all attractions we were interested in. Garage parking was great for our motorcycles.

Overall our stay was good. The location was ideal for exploring Rapid City. The cleanliness of the property was privately discussed with the owner as well as an advertised specialty coffee maker that was no longer available. The bed was comfortable and the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was good at communicating the check-in process.

Terrific location for our home base to ride our motorcycles. Nothing was too far away. Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Iron Mountain Road, Deadwood, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon and Needles Highway. House worked out great with the added bonus of a garage to park the bikes in.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed here while visiting the National parks in the area. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Julie provided all the basic essentials (detergent, condiments, paper goods) so we didn’t have to run out and buy these items. We would definitely stay again!

OUR TIME IN RCSD

A straightforward review is what I rely on most when making a decision to rent a location, so here 's mine:The host was very responsive to our concerns, the check in was smooth, the house was nice, comfy and inviting, the location was convenient to most everything we wanted. Following are the few items we had issue with:-The front porch was not as private as we had anticipated because of the multiple lanes of traffic passing the house.-The basement renter accesses his private entry door though your shared garage. Also he leaves early (530am) in the morning and the door slams loudly behind him which woke the people in the second bedroom every morning. - Be aware the Comfort Zone Knobs have nothing to do with the AC!! ENJOY YOUR STAY!!!

Wonderful cottage

This a wonderful cottage. Communication with the hostess was exceptional!! Perfect location to all our events. Was so great to be across the street from a part for walking and relaxation. Was so nice to have a garage space to park our car incase of bad weather. Definitely our top rental. Thank you so much!!

I am excited to share one of my favorite places on earth with you. I am a native Rapid Citian - born and raised. My father owned the local Ford dealership and my Mother raised us 4 kids and was voted volunteer of the year for the City of Rapid City. I received my degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines in R.C. I now live most of the time in Minneapolis but try to come out as often as I can because the Black Hills fill my heart and rejuvenate my soul. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

You won't find a better location than this home for a vacation property. It is directly across the street from a huge park system with picnic areas, the City soccer stadium, horse shoe pits, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, racquetball courts, water slide and pool, formal gardens and a running track as well as the bike trail which runs through all of Rapid City. The trolley runs along the street. The senior center is less than a 1/2 mile up the road and there are two grocery stores approximately 1/4 mile away. Many convenient restaurants are within walking distance.

The home is charming, updated and has all the amenities you'll need. My favorite spot is a cup of coffee on the front porch snuggled into the sofa in my robe and slippers.

If you want to be in the town of Rapid City, you won't find a more convenient location than here. The home is located on the City bike trail and across the street from all of the park amenities you could want: racquetball, soccer, bicycing, swimming pool, formal gardens, horseshoes, etc. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and tons of casual restaurants.
