Welcome to one of Rapid City's most loved homes — a spacious, dog-friendly retreat on the quiet west side, complete with a brand new 6-person hot tub, fully fenced backyard, and a bonus basement rec room with board games and an elliptical. Perfect for families, groups of friends, and pet owners, this 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and has everything you need for a relaxed, memorable Black Hills stay.

THE HOME
This comfortable ranch-style home is laid out perfectly for groups, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and generous living spaces throughout.

The king master bedroom is your private retreat — spacious and quiet with ceiling fans and nightstands. A cozy double bedroom and a queen bedroom round out the sleeping arrangements, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests across the bedrooms and living areas.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and gather, with a large dining area for the whole group. The spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind with a smart TV after a long day of adventure. Fast WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are all included.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The fully fenced backyard is a true highlight — private, safe for kids and pets, and anchored by a brand new 6-person hot tub. Whether you're soaking under the stars after a long hike or letting the dogs run around the yard, this outdoor space is what makes this home truly special.

Hi, we're Jennifer and Robert — passionate travelers, proud Black Hills locals, and dedicated hosts with over 8 years of experience creating memorable stays for our guests.
Robert is a former Army pilot who still flies for the love of it, and we spend our winters at an airpark in Texas before heading back to the beautiful Black Hills each spring. We've seen a lot of the world, which is exactly why we know what makes a great guest experience — the little details matter, the space should feel like home, and you should never have to wonder if your hosts care.
We do.
The Black Hills are our favorite place on earth and we love sharing them with visitors from all over the world. Jennifer has a passion for photography, family, and our dog, and brings that same eye for detail to every one of our properties.
