I think this was our 2nd stay at CliffTop Villa and maybe 5th time staying at the Clifftop Apt! Every time has been STELLAR stay! Barb, the Host, is excellent in her communication, accessible and accommodating! Thanks Barb! The house and apartment have PERFECT views, were exceptionally clean and we found all that we needed for cooking meals, for movie night, for visiting the beaches and of course to relax! It was and always is the perfect stay! Can't wait til next year Barb!!!

This place is really great, the views are exactly as pictured. It is atop a mountain with sweeping views of the sea. The accommodating were great. There is no grill onsite so make sure you’re not planning to grill. Barb was an excellent host, very responsive and took care of the electrical issues we dealt with during our stay. She called an electrician right away and even offered for us to stay in the downstairs suite when the power went out. All in all this place is a great stay minus the power issues. Barb really was great and accommodating about it all.

This place is truly beautiful with a stunning ocean view! It is super close to most of the main tourist spots in the USVI, which made getting around very easy. There were a few planned electricity outages, but they were very manageable and didn't bother us. Barb is a great host who is highly responsive and helpful with any concerns you might have. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great view, you can't beat having such a wonderful almost 180 view. Home was designed well to provide an incredible view. Air conditioning provided (main living room and one bedroom), couldn't get two bedrooms to work, but the home was still cool. Parking available.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house us quite large and was was very clean. The air conditioning in the unit is very good. The unit in the master bedroom did not work but we were fine just leaving our door open. It stayed very comfortable at night. Thw drive up to the unit and parking is definitely an adventure as well as turning around in the driveway. Once you get it figured out its all good. You cant beat the view from the patio. You can see forever! We lived our stay !

My family of 4 really enjoyed staying in this beautiful mountain top home. Barb our host had most of the amenities we needed for our stay, including coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, and snorkeling equipment. The only beach item that was missing was beach chairs. Our only complaint was that there were multiple power outages on the island during the last 2 days of our stay. Definitely not Barb's fault, but a generator would have been appreciated. After speaking with some of the locals, power outages on the island are common and many homes have a generator. Despite the power outages, we had a great time and Barb was a gracious host.

Michelle, I’m so glad your family enjoyed your stay even though you were here for a mad power outage (usually 1-2hrs: you really had a big one!!). And yes, there are definitely many rentals with generators, they just cost a lot more!

Beautiful view and conveniently located

Great place to stay, very comfortable and host Barb provides all the small touch conveniences. It had everything we needed including all the beach gear and kitchen essentials. The house has a wall of windows that provide an amazing view of the water! It is also conveniently located to both Charlotte Amelie and Red Hook. Would highly recommend!

What A Beauty

Clifftop was amazing! Our stay there was comfortable and relaxing. The view and sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking. Barb was friendly, patient and very helpful during our stay. We would definitely book this vacation rental again.

Amazing Clifftop Villa Home-away-from-Home

This lovely home is nestled into the hillside with beautiful views along with all the sunshine and Caribbean breezes one could ask for. It was perfect for our stay-cation, a very comfortable place to work from home as well a spectacular vacation home with all the amenities.

Amazing views!

After challenging steep, narrow roads to get there, you are rewarded with amazing views. Barb is very helpful and responsive.

Great Christmas Getaway

We all (5 adults) had a very relaxing stay. The house was decorated very tastefully for Christmas and was enjoyed by all. All the amenities were there, plenty of paper products, comfortable beds. We cooked a couple of meals there but mostly went out for meals. The view was spectacular. Thank you Barb for a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful amazing gorgeous views. Barb was very responsive. Be sure to follow the directions Barb sends closely! We went too far and it was interesting turning around!

Truly amazing

The only downside was the drive up the mountain to the location other than that it was absolutely perfect. The owner was more than accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. The pictures do not do this place justice at all.

Peace & Relaxation in Frenchman's Bay

Lovely well appointed and decorated rental property. Barb was an attentive and very accommodating host. I absolutely loved being able to sit on the veranda every morning before I started my day. I already miss the space.

Family vacation

Stayed here with our daughters, their partners and our 15 month old grandson plus our westie dog. Perfect place, nicely appointed, a little tricky to find in the dark. Nice quiet neighborhood with amazing views from the patio - you can see St Croix on a clear day. Would happily stay here again. Thanks Barb!!!

Cliff top villa was very clean , barb was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly.

There were 3 couples with our group every one was very pleased with are stay. The villa was clean and very nice once we got over going up the hill. We had rented a Jeep which made are travels up the hill easier. Barb was very helpful.

Mountain Top Retreat

Absolutely spectacular home with a scenic view. The house is well-stocked, and has extremely comfortable bedding and furniture. The Christmas decor was incredible, and made the rental house a home. Barb is very responsive and focused on the details (from instructions on arrival to home accessories). Be sure to rent a car with four-wheel drive to access this home. We look forward to staying at this home again.
