Villa 'TORRE DE MARBESA' in Marbella is a new 2 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and a plunge pool on the roof. The whole villa and 2 pools are for private use. The pools are / can be heated (up to 32C, upon request).

The villa is located near the beach, at 300 meters, in the quiet residential area of ​​Marbesa, 10 km east of Marbella city centre. Within walking distance, you have on one side the harbor with Cabopino bars and restaurants and on the other hand the famous Don Carlos and Marriot Hotels and the Nikki beach club.

There are several restaurants within 10 minutes walk, on/near the beach.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, and an open plan living room with open kitchen on the first floor, with beautiful views over the Mediterranean.

There is room for a car in the garage under the villa.

Fantastic Villa

Patrick was a delightful and helpful host. The Villa has everything you need and more. We had a great family holiday to recharge the batteries. The rooftop plunge pool was lovely to sit in the evening and watch the sun go down. We used Uber to get to Marbella and Puerto banus. Some lovely restaurants 20 min walk along to the Marina. Andy’s beach bar is a great spot also. Overall we have an amazing experience and would recommend this Villa.

5* Lovely area. Beach & restaurants at end of road. Supermarket 10 mins walk. Views of sea from balcony and roof terrace. 2 great pools. Great host. Will stay there again.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Torre Marbesa

Wi haben im Juni 2021 eine sehr schöne Woche im Torre Marbesa verbracht, kurze Zusammenfassung: 1. Kontakt mit Vermieter Und Check in/ Check Out: Absolut super und problemlos, Patrick ist ein super netter Gastgeber und hat uns direkt bei Ankunft erwartet und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er war, da er in derselben Straße wohnt, auch immer erreichbar! 2. Haus Torre Marbesa: Absolut super für uns (Ehepaar mit kleinen Hund) und genau wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Gut ausgestattet mit schönem Pool und kleinen Garten, zwei Schlafzimmern und Bädern und sehr schönem und gut ausgestatteten Wohn- und Küchenbereich (TV mit Netflix etc., Bluetooth Speaker, Herd/Backofen, Nespresso-Maschine, Geschirrspüler…), toller Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und Plungepool und Kellerbereich mit Tiefgarage für 1 Auto und Waschmaschine: Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen, wir haben die Tage am Pool inkl. Grillen am kleinen Gasgrill und Drinks direkt aus dem zweiten Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich und die Abende auf der Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Einzige Einschränkung: Das Haus ist für ältere oder eingeschränkt mobile Menschen und Kleinkinder nicht ganz geeignet aufgrund der steilen Treppen! 3. Umgebung: 300m oder 3min bis zum Meer/Strand. In der Urbanizacion Marbesa gibt es direkt einen Beachclub und einige gute Restaurants und ein sehr schönes Dünen/Naturschutzgebiet. Andere Beachlubs sind 10min per Auto entfernt, Marbella selbst in 15min. Da es keine durchgängige Küstenstraße gibt, muß man immer über die Autobahn fahren, was aber Zeit spart. Zum Airport nach Málaga sind es max. 25min mit dem Auto! Fazit: Tolles Haus, super durchdachtes Konzept und Architektur, um alles schöne und notwendige auf eher kleinem Grundstück unterzubringen! Super netter Gastgeber, von uns 100%-ige Weiterempfehlung!

Moderne Villa für gehobene Ansprüche

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche im Torre de Marbesa. Das nicht alltägliche Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, insbesondere auch die Dachterasse mit dem Rundumblick. Der Vermieter Patrick Gielen war sehr nett und konnte uns u.a. auch interessante Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants geben. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Torre de Marbesa nur empfehlen.

Unbelievable property in beautiful setting

The villa is amazing and the owner has thought of everything. It’s the perfect location to act as base but you will need a car, unless like us, you use Uber to venture out of an evening. We had a fabulous time and would definitely revisit. We ate in the villa most nights and the one night we visited nearby sinbads restaurant, we wished we hadn’t. The service was terrible (2 hrs before we got our meal) and the food wasn’t that great. The villa itself is so beautiful and there are supermarkets nearby (1 abt a 10 min walk away and other €7 in an Uber) so it’s worth stocking up and staying put. Fuengirola is abt €29 euros, Marbella old town €25 and puerto banus €29 by Uber. Can’t thank the owner enough, we had a wonderful stay

What a beautiful villa !

I stayed in May with 3 other friends. It was perfect, the bedrooms were bright, spacious and very clean. Both bathrooms were well equipped, lovely shower and bath. The outdoor spaces are amazing ! The BBQ area was unbeatable we spent many an evening down there, then at sunset the rooftop is the most perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of rose. Handy super market within walking distance and Uber’s are nice and cheap to get into Porto Banús or Marbella Old Town. My friends and I would love to return

first class decor very tastefully fitted out furniture, lighting , kitchen , bedrooms ,bathrooms, no expense spared , two pools, roof pool stunning excellent for sitting with a glass of wine looking over the sea watching the sun set , Patrick was a perfect host ,never bother you,but always a phone call away if you needed anything, no need for a car lovely restaurants within easy walk, well stocked supermarket with English newspapers, stayed in many villas all over Europe this was far the best we have ever stayed in cant wait to return.

Fantastic!

Wonderful brand-new villa with sea-view, close to the beach in a good location. Our family with two children loved the light open plan, and especially the roof terrace with pool and a fantastic sea-view. Perfect to sit with a glass of wine and admire the sun-set , with The Atlas Mountains in Africa at the horizon. Our host Patrick was very helpful with everything. We would love to come back another time.

Amazing unique property with great pools! Perfect escape

New built villa with good views, excellent pool and rooftop pool. Stunning. Owner lives down the road and was very responsive - we needed an iron and he dropped it off next day. Garden needs some turf but its still a new build so will come. Highly recommend it.

Amazing brand new villa.

We were the second guests to stay here, the villa has been planned and thought out superbly for the plot it occupies. The views out towards the sea are breathtaking and get even better when out on the roof terrace giving 360 degree views. The kitchen is very well equipped and because of the open planned space doesn't feel isolated and still gets the amazing views. one thing we missed until the last day is an extra fridge freezer on the ground floor saving you walking up to the kitchen when outside. The garden is wonderful and will get better with time when the landscaping is complete, the space well thought out with plenty of space and seating and the pool is a delight with nice big steps leading in and deep enough for a swim. The villa has a good aircon system which we only had to use the first night since it was closed up all day, other then that with the big windows and bi-folding doors the villa keeps its self cool enough to not warrant the use of the aircon at all. The owners are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. The location of the villa is very easy to get to and you cant miss it on the road down to it, if you want to park up and leave the car for the duration there are 2 local super markets for all your needs and plenty of restaurants to choose from that are a short walk away.

Amazing contemporary villa with superb rooftop poo

We stayed for a week in this newly build villa that was just finished few weeks upon arrival. We were welcomed by the owner who lives close to the villa. He showed us the villa and explained everything very well. He also gave tips on where to go for nice beach dinners and drinks. Patrick is a fantastic host. The villa itself is supercool. The architecture is a very outspoken with the round curved form of the villa but it makes it even more outstanding in the neighborhood. Everything was there including two pools; one infinity pool in the garden and one plunge pool on the roof where you have to most nicest sunsets of all. Ideal place to 'plunge' in the pool while having your apero. The views on the lower living floor are also stunning, reading a book in a design chair with a magnificent view over the area and the see is fantastic. We would definitely thank Patrick to share his extraordinary house with us, we made some nice memories there and we would like to come back soon. Thanks a lot Joris
