このヴィラは、美しく手入れされた芝生と庭園のある4500m²の土地にあります。
ヴィラ全体、7つのバスルーム、8つのベッドルーム、キッチン、屋外エリアはすべて2018年に完全に改装されました。
ヴィラには、メインハウスに12の寝室があり、追加のオプションとして、下にある独立したアパートに4つの寝室があります。
ヴィラには、約15メートルx 8メートルの温水スイミングプール、広い屋外スペース、オーストラリアスタイルのバーベキューを備えた夏のキッチンがあります。
スペインの気候を楽しみたい大家族、友人グループ、スポーツグループに最適です。
4台分の屋内駐車場と20台分の追加駐車場があります。

Just Perfect!

The villa far exceeded our expectations, the pictures and videos online are fantastic but they honestly can't do the villa justice, its simply stunning. Our host Caroline was amazing throughout the whole process. We will be back!

Beautiful spacious villa

We were a large party of 14, aged 2-91 yrs and spent a long time looking for the perfect villa with all en-suite bedrooms. The property lived up to our expectations with quality and ample crockery, glasses, cutlery and equipment. The barbecue house was a great addition and we loved the long table and benches under the terrace where many meals were enjoyed. There were 2 minor hiccups which Caroline dealt with swiftly and efficiently, she was a professional and helpful host from pre booking right through to our departure. IF I had to make any adverse comment it would be that I hadn’t comprehended that there may be a supplement on the electricity charges had we gone over budget, but we didn’t and were within the budget, it is not a bad thing as I am sure it prevents people leaving air con on unnecessarily. Overall a lovely family holiday😀 thank you Caroline!

Tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz für eine große Familie oder mehrere Freunde. Die Kommunikation mit Caoline ist toll und sehr freundlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder.

Super vakantie

Zijn met kinderen en volwassen kleinkinderen een week geweest, en is super geweest. Fijn dat elk stel zijn eigen slaap/badkamer had. De tuin met het zwembad en buitenkeuken zijn ook zeer fijn. Wij hebben voornamelijk buiten gewoond en dat eind oktober. Ontvangst was ook zeer goed en de contacten met de organisatie zijn ook goed verlopen, enthousiast en doordat we al een vroege vlucht hadden, hebben ze heel hard gewerkt zodat wij al om 13.30 in het huis konden ipv 16 uur, echt superfijn!!

Fantastisk Villa

Our three-generation large family had a wonderful stay in the Villa. The home was perfect for us with the many good bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The home is so spacious that even with two days of rain it was good to be indoors with play for the children and relaxation for the adults. The outdoor area is simply fantastic with the large swimming pool and spacious living area around the entire home. A rare great Villa that tempts you to go on a new trip. The hostess Caroline was welcoming and helpful with the requests we had and met us at the agreed times. Thank you for having us. Per Ertzeid - Norway

Family of five + Grandparents

Lovely spacious clean villa set in large gardens with outside bar and lovely pool. Perfect for our adult family allowing everybody to have their own space. A villa next door was finishing being built which was a concern when we arrived but didn’t massively impinge on our stay as initially thought. Any issues promptly resolved by property manager who was very efficient. The only issue we found with this property was the Wi-Fi which needs upgrading to reflect the property’s size and number of people that it can accommodate effectively as we had to regularly use our own data This is apparently in hand.

Traumhafte Finca und Anlage in einer fabelhaften Umgebung

Wir waren mit 16 Personen für 10 Tage eingemietet. Die Finca hat alles was man für einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt mit einer derart grossen Gruppe benötigt. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden und in einem gehobenen Maße eingerichtet. Sowohl Dusch- bzw. Toilettenräume sind mehr als genügend vorhanden, Sonnenliegen, Kühlschränke für den täglichen Bedarf und vor allen Sitzgelegenheiten für alle Gäste ebenfalls. Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr ordentlich gepflegt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Frau Groenendaal war bereits im Vorfeld und auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps und Anregungen für die Umgebung versorgt. Ein wirklich überdurchschnittlicher sehr guter Service!!! Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind keine 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt, den Stadtkern mit angrenzendem Strandabschnitt erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten. Wir können diese Finca mit 16 Personen durchweg weiterempfehlen und überlegen jetzt schon im nächsten Jahr erneut zu buchen.

Fantastique!!!!

Nous avons réservé cette villa pendant 1 semaine et ce fut une très bonne expérience. Pour commencer, la maison est idéalement située, à quelques minutes du centre ville de Javea. Très pratique, il y a un grand supermarché à 5 min en voiture! Sur le bien en question, la maison est magnifique! Tout est neuf, parfaitement aménagé, il ne manque rien! Tout a été pensé pour que les hôtes soient le mieux installés possible. La cuisine, le séjour ainsi que les chambres, tout est très moderne, très spacieux. Chacun peut garder son intimité. La piscine est gigantesque et très bien entretenue; la grande table de la terrasse permet de faire de grandes tablées pour des déjeuners et/ou dîners entre amis très appréciables (sans oublier les grands ventilateurs qui ornent le plafond et qui permettent de se rafraîchir et d’éloigner les moustiques par la même occasion!) Enfin l’accueil était parfait! Caroline est une charmante personne, très souriante, très disponible et très sympathique! Bref cette villa est une pure merveille a réserver les yeux fermés !

August 2019 Family Holiday

Chose this villa for a family holiday for 14 people. Caroline, the villa manager, was a joy to deal with during the booking process and very helpful dealing with the requests that we had. The villa is a fabulous property, we could not fault it. The pictures do not do it justice. We had a couple of very minor issues during our stay which Caroline rectified ASAP. She is incredibly helpful and a really nice lady. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would happily stay here again.
