Our anniversary weekend

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this condo on a recent anniversary trip to Florida. It’s very clean, the bed is comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent. And it’s in a great location. We highly recommend this property for two persons. The bathroom opens to the living are/ kitchen and there is no door on the bedroom area, so there is little privacy for more than two.

Always a great stay!

We really enjoy the cleanliness and location of this. We have stayed here multiple times and almost all you need is walkable from this location. Highly recommend.

Awesome condo!

Such a perfect spot right near everything and a short walk/tram ride to the beach! Bed was very comfortable! Pool was nice when we didn’t want to go to the beach!

We had a great time during our stay. We were already familiar with the area and have been coming to the Seacrest/Rosemary beach area for years! It is really nice to have all of the shops/restaurants close enough to walk to. The pool is great and we were close enough to walk (even with an 8yr old) if we did not feel like waiting on the tram. We would stay here again!!!

Perfect getaway

We have stayed in this unit before and will again. Perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys, very clean, comfy king bed, all the kitchen essentials and great communication with owner. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Family Getaway

We stayed at this little studio to meet up with family vacationing in the area. It was a perfect haven in which to rest after the days out in the sun. Very clean and comfortable. Keep in mind--no cooking on a stovetop but plenty of storage & warm up for leftovers.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfectly located. We didn’t have to get in our car once which is exactly what we wanted since we drove from Texas. The host was quick to respond when we had questions and the condo was adorable and clean. It was a holiday weekend so we didn’t get a chance to actually eat anywhere due to long wait times so we’d grab food anywhere that was fast. I recommend making reservations ahead of time to guarantee you have a nice meal out. Will definitely consider staying here again if available on our next trip. On another note: the elevator and hallways were clean but had an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso. Normally I don’t mind it but it was intense.luckily it doesn’t come into the condo but does whack you in the face the moment you get in the hallway or elevator.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed place

We really enjoyed our stay in Suanne's condo. We had flight issues due to weather and had to stay in the area longer than planed by 4 days. Suanne was responsive and even let us check in early since we weren't able to extend our prior rental. The condo is very conveniently located, beautifully decorated in a beachy style and had very comfortable beds (even the pull out sofa was outstanding). This is a great place for a couple or family with 1-2 small children. There is even a full sized ice maker for filling up your cooler or making frozen drinks in the blender. Thank you Suanne for your flexibility and such a beautiful place!

Great Studio

Great studio condo with lots of space. I wish there were a dresser to place clothes in. The king-size bed was amazing. Quick walk to the beach or you can use the complimentary tram. The Tram stop and the pool are located right outside the building. We went during fall break season so the small, private beach was pretty crowded. We ended up driving a few minutes down the road to Panama City Beach and used their public beach access. Communication with the host could have been better. There were multiple instances in which I had to double-message the host in order to get a response. Other than communication issues, great property and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Overall great property

Amazing property, very clean and close to everything! Only downfall was lack of communication with owner— nothing major, but I’ve never had a owner just not respond. I messaged on the first day asking for walking directions to the beach, but even at checkout 5 days later still had received nothing. We eventually found our own way after walking 1.5 miles to public beach access on our first night (then realized there was a tram that takes you to private access). Would return, but would hope the owner would be available for questions, especially if something truly important came up.

The studio was in an awesome location. It was right around restaurants and shops and the beach was easy access. Studio was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing little getaway!

Spacious Studio

Beautiful and spacious studio! Absolutely perfect for our short stay on 30-A. Beach conditions were the only negative, as it was extremely crowded. Plan to rent chairs & umbrella if you come during high season. Hosts were responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this unit!

I have been coming to the Emerald Coast since I was a little girl and have been bringing my children since they were very young.
Last year I discovered The Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach on 30A while looking for an affordable place to bring my girls on Spring Break. We stayed in a studio and loved it!!! Within a few months, my husband and I who live in Franklin TN, purchased a studio in the same area. There is just something about 30A that stole my heart! We named our studio 'Seacrest Getaway' because it is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have tried to pay attention to all the details needed to make your stay one to remember!
