Very Comfortable and Amazing Location!

Very Clean, very comfortable, relaxing from check in to check out! Ample parking(which is usually not the case near the beach), and the location was perfect, walkable to shopping, entertainment, etc. We’ll be back!

Great getaway

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was. The unit was located right in the central Park of all the activities that were going on the tram made it very easy to get around just a wonderful location wonderful time.

Very good flat, exactly as described, for short stays it is a very good choice. The location is awesome, walkable distance to many shops and cafes, the condo is beautiful. The access to the beach is easy and not too far, about 7-8 min walk I would say. The beach is really good, just bring some bug spray as at least on the time of the year that I went there, we got may flies there that bites.

Great location and great access to nearby shops and restaurants. Short walk to private beautiful beach. Lots of parking and easy vehicle access. Small unit but perfect for 2 adults. Nice small kitchen with good working small fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker including dishes and glasses. Entrance to building a little confusing. Unit looked just like the photos. Kitchen and bathroom outdated but clean. We would stay there again. Property owner very quick to answer all questions via VRBO app.

Lovely

Beautiful studio. Everything we needed. Love the pools and hot tubs. Great location. Entrance to bldg could have been labeled better but after we found it, it was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!!

Short stay

Nice room more like a hotel room that is cozy. Perfect spot to access beach and for a short stay. Enough room for 2 people. Frig is size as a hotel room with no ice. But the location has everything you would need from grocery to food options. Family oriented area.

Excited to come back!

Perfect Rosemary Beach location, within walking distance to everything. It was an absolutely beautiful condo and the beach was a short 10 minute walk away. (Or 5 minutes by tram) The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable (bring your own beach towel; none provided although noted in amenities) We loved the cold AC, wifi, and free parking near the elevator. We walked to dinner every night and had 10/10 meals! We can’t wait to come back.

Checkin was challenging. Not a live person to receive you and give you instructions . Everything was thru text messages or emails. At my age 50+ i prefer talk to someone.
