The property has keyless entry. Your personal door code will be provided to you at the time of booking.

The Neighborhood:
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools (wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach.There are also 2 grills located at the pool if you decide on a relaxing meal onsite!

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, the town center of Seacrest and the town of Rosemary offers many excellent restaurant and shopping options. From fine dining to a casual meal, there is something for everyone! A short bike ride away, Alys Beach also offers superb dining and shopping to enjoy.

Another amazing stay with Host - Monica and Tom!!! Absolutely the largest and most beautiful studio at the Village of South Walton. Plenty of room for our family of three, well furnished and had all the amenities for a perfect vacation. Monica and Tom are amazing hosts - consistently stayed in touch and made sure we had all the finer details associated with our stay. We love the complex - Starbucks, Pizza by the Sea, a grocery store and so much more within steps of our condo. The pool and hot spa are exceptional and we had amazing beach access within a few minutes walk. With Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach right next door we had enjoyable morning and evening walks to shop at Alo, take in The Sugar Shak and found some amazing art at a Curate!Our preferred place to stay in Seacrest Beach!

Excellent stay, cozy and comfortable. However the bathroom could use some updating. The toilet needs new valves and flappers, as it is very noisy when flushed. Curtain rods and curtains were missing from the main room. These are not a big deal to us, they were just noticeable and cosmetic and didn’t affect our stay.

What an incredible experience from the moment we made the reservation to arrival in Florida. Monica and Tom were in regular communication, provided the essential details and are exceptional hosts. This studio is also exceptional - truly the largest and best at VSW. We had plenty of room for a family of three. Location, location, location - great restaurants and retail amenities on-site. Rosemary Beach is few minutes away and Alys Beach is a lovely walk. We loved the beach access and the pool is heated for the winter months. No doubt this our preferred spot!

Beautiful property and perfect location. Absolutely stunning inside and out. You won’t regret staying here. Rent bikes and ride through Allys, secrest and Rosemary beaches. All close and beautiful. Check out was a breeze. No long to do list. Great hosts!

It was clean and very convenient to everything. I had a slight issue with TV audio but Tom responded within minutes and it was resolved. We would stay here again.

Great location between Rosemary and Alys. Lots of food and shopping options around. Nice size studio and well decorated. King bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was a sofa bed. The laundry room was close and conveniently used phone app payment rather than coins. We got in after dark and the room was a little hard to find. The door to the hallway wasn’t marked and I mistook it for a single condo entrance. Grocery and food delivery people struggled to find it as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. My teens grumbled that there wasn’t a full length mirror. Overall happy with our stay.

A great find in 30A. The condo was very clean and spacious with an ideal location next to the village (perfect for enjoying the live music). We felt very safe and would definitely book this property again.

Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Loved the larger space and full sized fridge as compared to other units in the complex. Unit was very clean, had easy access to everything in the area and property management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at a number of units at the Villages of South Walton and this one is top notch. There was a minor issue with the shower curtain, but the host was immediately responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this unit as a perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple looking for access to all Seacrest and Rosemary Beach have to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom and Monica’s place! The communication and response time from hosts was 10/10. They even accommodated an early check in. They provided detailed instructions and information ahead of time so we were well prepared and able to plan our stay. The condo location was perfect for walking into Rosemary the town and to the beach. One of the best stays I have had in 30A. We plan on being back in the future!

Easy to walk places, 2 min from main Rosemary Main Street, close to restaurants but I would improve the property housekeeping and improve furniture conditions, invest on pillows, new rugs and have an exhaust system in the bathroom. The ac is loud and the toilet too. But the price is good so I can’t really complain.

The Perfect Space & Location

Perfectly located and walking distance between Rosemary and Alys. Spacious and clean; perfect for a family of up to 4 (2 young kids). Tom and Monica were super helpful in helping us get reservations at the beach for chairs and an umbrella and provided details about the neighborhood to make the most of our stay.
