If you are a nature lover you will enjoy here one of the best vacation you have ever had. Outdoor you will enjoy a private pool just for you two. It is a chlorine pool and it sizes 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.6 meters. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or protect under the parasol. there are three terraces in the house where you can enjoy outdoors, barbecues and relaxing moments while you stare at the starred sky. The finca is fenced, there are nearby neighbours and property is partial.

The house has a traditional Majorcan style, stone revetted, but with all nowadays comforts. It has just one floor. When you get in you discover a wonderful space shared by the living and dining room and kitchen, with wooden beams and other unique details, but at the same time, nowadays simple style furniture which will make your stay quite pleasant. You can watch the TV Sat on the comfortable sofa or take a warm siesta by the fireplace on the coldest days. The practical dining table has capacity for 4 people and it is by the kitchen area, with a gas hob and fully equipped to cook during your stay. Then you will find the bedroom, with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and exit to the terrace. The house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board , as well as central heating for the winter season.

This house is located within and ecological finca with more accommodations separated between them, and it is an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will find lush and cared gardens in this wonderful environment which is, at the same time, the starting point for sport lovers. You can have a walk along the paved paths around the property, practice nordic-walking, jogging, cycling, horse riding, golf,... You can taste the local gastronomy in the nearby villages and towns like Sineu, Inca, Costitx,... as well as visit their weekly markets. Thanks to its central localisation, you can reach any point of the island in a little time. The nearest beaches like Playa de Muro are only 20 minutes away by car.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
