SOLIVERET (FORNALUTX) - Chalet for 4 people in Fornalutx.

Breathtaking house for 4 people, with spectacular views to the mountains, located over an olive grove at the Puig Major road, on the outskirts of Fornalutx.
The exteriors of this house will lead you to a different world, thanks to its fields full of nature, tress, and its amazing and unique landscape where you will enjoy total privacy. You can sit at the patio to have breakfast or to read a book in peace, or to enjoy a meal prepared on the gas barbecue. The beauty of the building is extraordinary since it features the typical Mallorcan stone everywhere, from the terraces and stairs to the walls of the house.

The most peculiar and, at the same time, beneficial thing is that the house is divided into two buildings. The kitchen is in one of the houses, and it is equipped with a gas stove, microwave and other kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room, where you can watch satellite TV from the sofa, maybe accompanied by the warmth of the wood stove when it is cold. At the second building, you will find a hall and a shower bathroom on the ground floor and, going upstairs, there are two bedroom with a fan and a wardrobe in each one. One presents a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. A cot and a high chair are also available,

The surroundings of the property are just a dream. It id located near the lookout called Mirador de ses Barques, a must visit in fact, where you will enjoy the astonishing views. Fornalutx is the nearest village, placed in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is very authentic and quiet, with a grocery shop and some Mallorcan cuisine restaurants. Acar is needed to move around and know new landscapes. The nearest sandy beach is in Puerto de Soller, about 10 km away. The area is perfect to practice biking, hiking or to reach Escorca, Soller, Valldemossa or Deià by car.

There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There is a gas barbecue and it is forbidden to light fire from April to October.

We enjoyed the property for its location- high in the mountains and very close to several trail heads for hiking. The property is also an easy drive to the beach in Port Soller. The property has a great view.

The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared the hosts are. We had read about motorbike sounds from the road, and yes, they can be heard, but they never disturbed our sleep. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings far outweighed this. Reaching the house without a car would be very difficult. Also, the nearest beach wasn’t our style, so we drove further, but others may like it. Overall, it’s a truly wonderful house with breathtaking views, an open kitchen, and several spots to relax or sunbathe. It made our holiday unforgettable.

La casa era aún más bonita que en las fotos: parecía un estudio de cine, lleno de encanto y carácter. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, con detalles bien pensados que nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Al ser una casa de piedra en una colina, incluso en los días calurosos podíamos dormir bien solo con el ventilador, sin abrir las ventanas. El primer día dejamos una abierta y tuvimos un par de visitantes insectos, pero después de eso no hubo ningún problema. También hay muchos repelentes de insectos, lo que demuestra lo bien preparados que están los anfitriones. Habíamos leído sobre los sonidos de las motos de la carretera, y sí, se pueden escuchar, pero nunca perturbaron nuestro sueño. El ambiente tranquilo y los impresionantes alrededores superaron con creces esto. Llegar a la casa sin coche sería muy difícil. Además, la playa más cercana no era de nuestro estilo, así que condujimos más lejos, pero a otros les puede gustar. En general, es una casa verdaderamente maravillosa con vistas impresionantes, una cocina abierta y varios lugares para relajarse o tomar el sol. Hizo que nuestras vacaciones fueran inolvidables.

Très bien équipée, y compris avec tous les consommables nécessaires, ce qui est très appréciable quand on voyage léger. Des espaces extérieurs (2 terrasses ombragées et un solarium) qui permettent de profiter d'une vue époustouflante sur Fornalutx, les montagnes en face et la mer de côté . Idéalement située, à la fois au milieu des oliviers et à proximité des villages de Soller, Port de Soller, Fornalutx, et des accès directs à de nombreux chemins de randonnée et aux plages de Sa Calobra et Cala Tuent. Seul petit bémol : situé le long de la route Ma 10, certes peu fréquentée le soir et la nuit, sauf par les motos les vendredi et samedi soirs et le dimanche matin tôt.

Wauw what a view and what cozy place.

We loved staying there. Original Spanish cottage, with lots of terraces so we could move around were the sun were. Beautiful and functional outdoor kitchen. Leaving room with a breathtaking view. Everything was as described and the owner greeted us when we arrived.
