良かった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
The property itself is lovely and well located. We visited at the end of March, early April and the villa was absolutely freezing. There were not enough blankets or duvets for the 7 of us so we spent our first night sleeping in clothes and using towels as blankets. The listing mentioned a pellet burner that would provide heating, but this was not offered, despite asking multiple times.The next day the owners brought a lot more bedding, but we felt that this was a big issue and messed up our holiday - they must know how cold it gets at that time of year and so should have been prepared. Particularly as we had 2 Granny's and 3 children with us. (which as known via the registration process)There were a number of other issues with the property - cooking equipment was very poor - not enough, limited utensils & pans to cook.- The listing is for 8 people, - only 7 chairs, 3 of them broken- Only 3 wine glasses (not the end of the world but when you advertise for 8 people, you expect the right number of equipment)- They have taken out all of the radiators and instead of cutting off the pipes flush with the wall, the pipes stick out and have been covered with a section of pool noodle. Not sufficient to protect a child that could run into one, or a grown up from stubbing a toe. I mentioned all of these to the agent via WhatsApp and they moved us to a different villa that had heating. Game changer!
