House 382 in the town of Stivan, Cres - Kvarner has accommodation units of type Apartment (4) and is 1.6 km away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. As the house is divided into several accommodation units, other guests will most likely be present during your stay. The hosts will be in the house during your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Purtroppo uno dei 2 appartamenti non aveva l'aria condizionata come da descrizione . Una delle due stanze definita matrimoniale e' senza finestre e l'ambiente in generale sapeva di muffa. Il luogo molto bello ma da rivedere interno locale.

On c'est tres bien reposé,la maison est proche de la plage 5 min en voiture et 15 à pieds il y en a d'autres plage à 10 ou 15 min en voiture, nous étions pour en explorer, les appartements sont propres il y a tous ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, linge propre, il nous a manqué une machine à laver le linge . La propriétaire est super gentille elle nous a bien accueilli malgré ce qu'elle parle que croate. Le grand supermarché à 25min mais il y a d'autre petit magasins à 10 min et en superbe resto avec de plats traditionnels à 2 min

Abbiamo passato un bel soggiorno, zona molto tranquilla a meno di 2 km da una spiaggia molto bella e da Martinscika. Trovandosi in una zona molto selvaggia purtroppo ci siamo trovati a che fare con diversi insetti in casa. L’appartamento e’ spazioso con zona all’aperto anche per fare griglia.

appartamento molto trascurato: assenza di illuminazione nella zona cottura in bagno coperchio del wc tenuto apert da un elastico che devi togliere e mettere ogni volta per non fatlo cadere sulla schiena lavandino del bagno piccolissimo con un rubinertto che arriva quasi al bordxo rendendo impossibile lavarsi il viso doccia collegata con un tubo di gomma impossibile da stabilizzare in una direzione mobiletto del bagno sporco e con due antine che si aprono a 45° quindi praticamente non utilizzabile porta del frigorifero che si apre solo parzialmente prima di urtare il secchiaio la seconda camera è in realtà molto simile ad un loculo, priva di finestre con un materasso disastrato e un discreto odore di umido l'armadio piccolissimo dell'altra stanza pieno di coperte e con un cassetto sfondato. l'intero appartamento conteneva ben 8 tappeti che ho fatto togliere alla proprietaria per allergia alla polvere e comunque scarsa igienicità. Il rapporto qualità prezzo (95 euro al giorno) è del tutto sfavorevole; il proprietario non parla una parola né di inglese, né di italiano, me si è mostrato comunque disponibile, nei limiti della comprensione linguistica. :(

Cosy but moderately comfortable apartment, with some faults (no window in one room, mould odor, small bathroom, very old furniture). Otherwise very nice, rustic, quiet neighbourhood!
