House 7995 in the town of Stivan, Cres - Kvarner is 1.5 km far from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. You will be this house's only guests during your holiday. Owners will not be in residence during your stay in this house. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

House can accommodate 6 guests. Beds are situated in 3 sleeping rooms, within 98m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. For full enjoyment and relaxation there is a private barbecue for this accommodation guests only. This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit, wofür sie...

Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit, wofür sie nichts können, sind die vielen Insekten im Haus, von Heuschrecken über Mini-Skorpione bis hin zu Tausenfüßlern, Ameisen und Asseln. Man darf Fenster und Türen nicht offen lassen, jeder Krümel lockt Ameisen an. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr reduziert, es gibt keinen Ofen. Der Ort liegt sehr urig, aber peripher, ohne Auto kommt man an keinen vernünftigen Strand. Der Strand vor Ort ist eher eine steinige Bootsanlegestelle, zum Baden eher ungeeignet. Nachts hat uns das Blöken der wild lebenden Schafe aus dem Schlaf gerissen, die überall herumlaufen, auch im Garten.

Rustic house with modern amenities

we had marvelous time staying at this old house renovated for comfortable stay. Two bathrooms make difference after long day at beach. Kitchen is very nice. If you like old vibe and piece and quiet stay look no further. Excellent fommunication with hist throuought. Nearby restaurant Nonina konoba is a must (must try lamb pod pekom)

Ho trovato l'appartamento molto accogliente e pratico: si tratta di un'intera casa singola con un giardino e un uliveto: gli spazi non mancano. Noi eravamo in 5, ma ci si può stare comodamente in 7 (3 camere e 2 bagni), ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Stivan é un piccolo paese molto tranquillo (in compagnia di diversi gatti che vengono a trovare gli ospiti) dove ci si può rilassare tra una spiaggia e l'altra (la più vicina è Miholascica, molto bella a 5 minuti di macchina, oppure si può esplorare l'isola).

We had a minor car accident and were stranded on a small road. I called the homeowner and she and her son helped me to take the car to the closest tire repair shop and get my family back at the vacation home. They could not have been more kind and helpful! Thanks!
