House 2919 in the town of Postira, Brač - Central Dalmatia has accommodation units of type Apartment (2) and is 250 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. As the house contains multiple apartments, the house will be shared with other guests. The owners will be in residence during your stay. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 3 guests. Beds are situated in 1 sleeping rooms, within 25m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. The apartment offers the sea view. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too. This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, parking, internet.
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3).
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: air-conditioning (€5.00 per night), laundry (€5.00 washing), pets (€5.00 per night).
The availability of additional services for your chosen dates of stay, as well as their prices (if none are listed) must be checked ahead of time. Any additional services not shown in the price calculation are payable directly to the property owner and only if used by the visitor.
Discounts to the base price: free day 14=13 (for reservations of 14 or more days you get one free day for the stay until 31/12/2026).

Proprietari gentili e didponibili. Appartamento pulito e attrezzato ma situato a fine di una salita molto ropida lontana dal centro. Non ho apprezzato il metodo di pagamento:50% alla prenotazione di dicembre il resto in struttura. Con Genius Booking ho la prenotazione con cancellazione gratuita fino al pagamento alla data del soggiorno.

Ubytování má strategickou pozici v klidné ulici, do obchodu je to kousek a blízko je i menší příjemná pláž (k té se jde dost z kopce). V dobré docházkové vzdálenosti jsou i další pěkné pláže směrem na východ, včetně FKK. Apartmán byl vzorně čistý, s nadstandardně vybavenou kuchyňkou (nádobím i kuchyňským náčiním). Prostornou terasu s krásným výhledem na moře a hory na pevnině jsem využívala každý den. Velká výhoda je, že terasa je obrácená na sever, takže se ani při horkém slunečném počasí nepřehřívala a v noci se v apartmánu dobře spalo. Majitelé jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní a dělají vše pro to, aby byli hosté spokojení. Tímto jim děkuji za krásný pobyt a apartmán ráda vřele doporučuji.

As a value for money option, this is a good find, and the hosts are lovely people, with a great little supermarket down the road, and a parking space. It’s an older property, so don’t expect everything to be brand new, however, Everything works, is very clean& it has a good size terrace, which is partially covered - useful for sunshine and rain(which we had). Kitchen had everything we needed. Decor and furniture etc. are dated, but are fine, showing a bit of wear and tear. There are partial sea views and there is a small swimming beach and coastal walk a few hundred meters away. There are nice swimming beaches further along this path. In the other direction, town is very accessible and has some nice cafes/restaurants. Like most Croatian seaside places, it’s steep coastal terrain, so be prepared to go up and down steep steps/ roads going to and from the apartment.

« Sonja and her husband were great hosts and warmly welcomed us at near midnight, as it took us close to an hour (and the assistance of a very helpful taxidriver) to finally locate the apartment. That appeared almost as a small miracle after we were already figuring having to sleep on the street! » · What strikes me and my wife is how those idiots from the Adriatic.hr agency were able to send us at least 5 or 6 times reminders to proceed with payment even long after they had already charged our credit card, while not even providing us with the proper destination address nor the host's telephone number. The reservation document that was provided to us by booking.com didn't have the basic destination address nor a telephone number which could have helped us to contact our hosts! The only hint was a vaguely precise arrow on a map...
