Wonderful location and the views from the balcony and rooftop patio were stunning. The only thing missing is air conditioning. We were thankful for the fans, though. Coming back again.

Perfect location, beautiful property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our Labor Day California vacation! The location was steps away from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the harbor for restaurants and shops - once we parked our car, we didn't have to get in it again until check out. The unit itself was perfect. Thank you for the beach stuff that we didn't have to bring (chairs, umbrellas, towels)!

We love NCV and have come for several years, staying in a different condo each time. We are sad the prices keep skyrocketing as it puts a big question mark on our future NCV plans. That being said, this condo was lovely. No complaints.

Great weekend stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect for my family of 6. We were there for the weekend for a soccer tournament. This place was right on the beach which made it nice to hang out on the beach and go to all the soccer games. The inside had everything we needed and was easy to check in and out. We would stay here again in the future.
