Chloe is a fantastic modern villa situated in the charming village of Prines, just a few kilometers away from the bustling town of Rethymno.



As you step into the villa on the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a double-bed bedroom, and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where two more bedrooms await, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, each accompanied by a private en-suite bathroom.



The roomy living area is furnished with large comfortable sofas, a stylish floor lamp, and a 43-inch flat TV screen, perfect for gaming on the provided Playstation 4. The dining room features a generous table and chairs for indoor dining, while an expansive BBQ area with a large dining table under the shade of trees is available for those who prefer to dine outdoors. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience.



The villa is tastefully furnished with high-quality and sophisticated furniture and artwork. All areas are fully air-conditioned, and a fast WiFi internet connection is available throughout the property. From the villa, you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains, the sea, and the spacious pool area.



The 42 sqm private swimming pool, complete with a children-safe section, is nestled within beautiful gardens and a well-maintained lawn, surrounded by sunbeds, loungers, and umbrellas.



Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon request, the villa offers a breakfast service at 12€ per person.



Within a short distance, you'll find a mini-market, traditional taverns, cafe shops, an ATM machine, and access to public transportation to Rethymno town.
