メインヴィラは1階で構成され、大きなスペースが最高です。キッチンは現代的な傑作であり、大きな島は良いユーモアを伴う典型的な料理の創作の出会いの場になります。 2つの大きなダイニングルームがあり、どちらもテレビルームと通信しています。大きなコーナーソファが快適にお客様をお迎えします。 テレビルームはウェルネスコーナーにつながっています。最初に木製サウナを通過して再生し、4人を快適に収容できる���ャグジールームに到着すると、渓谷の美しい景色やジム用具の使用が可能になります。 。 ウェルネスエリアにはシャワー付きのバスルームが備わっています。
1階に上がる階段を上ると、テーブルが設置された渓谷を見下ろす屋外テラスにアクセスできる暖炉のある大きなリビングルームがあります。
1階には、2つのダブルベッドルーム、2つのダブルベッドルーム（ダブルベッドに変換可能）、4つのバスルーム（2つは専用バスルーム）があります。

Great location and accommodation completed by perfect weather. Only concern is vehicle access is challenging. Cortona is great with a great selection of restaurants to keep everyone happy We all very much appreciated the meal cooked for us and felt it was great value and the birthday cake and wine were very much appreciated. A big thank you to Gianluca who did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and thank you for the perfect weather.

Een week lang geweldig weer. Leuk en levendig stadje Cortona Voor kinderen o.a. Is een zwembad ideaal. De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien. Genoeg schaduwplekken. Àfstand grote steden wat ver Vrij duur in eerste levensbehoeften. Heerlijk gegeten.

Our hosts were very gracious and responsive to our needs. We wondered if the property would be as nice as the pictures on the listing, and we were delighted to see that the property exceeded our expectations. The ground floor main living area is very spacious with a huge kitchen, living and dining room and bathroom. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and 3 full bathrooms. This level is fully air conditioned. The master bedroom suite on the second floor has bedroom, full bath, kitchen and living area with gorgeous views. The separate building has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. There are several outside seating and eating areas and the views over the valley are awesome. After our day trips to nearby hill towns, we came back for a swim in the beautiful pool perched on the edge of the hillside. The location is great with Cortona only a couple of kilometers away and other hill towns only an hour or less away. We visited Sienna, Orvieto and Civita, Montepulciano and Assisi. Our entire week was a memorable family reunion in a very special place that I would highly recommend. A few things you should be aware of is that to reach the property you travel a short way on a one lane gravel road on the edge of the hillside. A little unnerving at fist but a great way to approach this secluded peaceful place. Also, only the first floor is air conditioned. It was in the high 90's during our stay and it was too hot to use the separate building. We used the sofa bed and 10 of us stayed on the first floor. My daughter, husband and baby stayed in the master suite which had screens and fans which made it comfortable. We would definitely return here for a vacation in the future.
