Good base to stay

Stayed for 4 nights. Only supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel each so could do with double that amount. Small table and 2 chairs outside was good. No problems with check in. Very short walk to the beach and main area. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment

This apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean everything you needed for cooking plates glassware ect, shower was brilliant, you wouldn't need a swimming pool as the beach is 2minutes and there are beach towels a supermarket across the street bit like Tesco Express so everything food and drinks are available, the host had water beer wine soft drinks and milk in the fridge for are arrival we will definitely be booking again top marks Marius

Fab location. A little noisy at night, but not enough to spoil your vay cay. Its is a comfortable apt. and well equiped. Going to book a 3rd stay.

Schöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Das einzig negative war der Lärm Nachts von den Discos, Bars und von gröhlenden, besoffenen Urlaubern. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Die zentrale Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand haben es wett gemacht.

Schöne Lage, alles vorhanden

Dieses Objekt war sauber. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war super. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Flur. Für kühlere Luft muss die Schlafzimmertür offen bleiben. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte besser sein. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und sogar Trockner sind vorhanden. Wir haben nur die Waschmaschine genutzt. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke für tolle 2 Wochen.

Great place to stay

Perfect location close to anything you would need.very modern and well kept.very comfortable and quiet just off the strip.would definitely stay in future again.marius was very helpfull and pleasant

It was more than anticipated

As I said more than we anticipated very modern,clean and twenty metres from the main strip. The only draw back was no outside space . Apart from that a fantastic place to stay.

It is a brilliant apartment in a perfect position & the owner was really good to us.

We have just returned & can honestly say this apartment was just perfect. The only very small downside is that there is no out side space but at this time of the year it doesn't really matter. The owner was faultless & turned up immediately when we e mailed him to say the tumble drier had broken. Within the hour he arrived with a new one. Will definitely recommend this.

Very good apartment for any age group

We have had a lovely holiday in an apartment which is very modern and very close to beaches, restaurant, shops and public transport. You will not be disappointed. I can definitely recommend to couples and families alike. Everything was spotlessly clean too. If I have to have a tiny, tiny grumble at all it would be that we would have appreciated a toaster in the apartment. But then again I know most people probably eat out for breakfast. We hope to be back in the near future. Thankyou Adrienne & Barry Wright

Really enjoyed our stay. Two minutes from the beach but no noise from the clubs or street. We had plenty of room for the four of us. Suitably furnished and equipped for our stay, the sift was a bonus. Would recommend to friends if they ever ask where to stay in Lanzarote.

perfect hidden gem

this is a hidden gem. view from the lounge and front door is the side of a restaurant place but not even a 1 minute walk and you are at the beach so that makes up for it and even though it is right behind Centro Alantico, you cant hear all the noise unless outside. this apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and a great shower. everything you need for a self catering holiday. would recommend to anyone :) great place Marius

Wonderful

We stayed at the apartment Chloe - 30.10.17 to 06.11.17 and loved every minute of it. the apartments facilities and location cannot be faulted, everything you need for your stay is provided in the apartment, and their is enough space for a comfortable stay. The beach is a stones throw away, and there's enough choice where to eat and drink that will suite everyone. The owner could not have been more helpful. I would stay again and would recommend this apartment for a stay in Puerto del Carmen.

Super holiday

Recently refurbished apartment situated right on the coast and in between lovely bars and restaurants. It was spacious and had everything you could need, down to beach towels and parasol. The owner even left a bottle of wine and nibbles in the fridge. He called in after a couple of days to see we were ok. The only slightly negative thing we could say was that there was no balcony or seating area outside but to be fair you could get to the beach in a matter of minutes. There is a large supermarket just across the road which sells fresh bread every day too. Would definitely recommend and we are planning on revisiting in the near future.

Tv did not have English channels other than sales

Apartment was clean and in a good location, though you can hear music from the clubs and bars into the small hours. No balcony as taken into apartment, think this was a mistake.
