The house and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean. The house was equipped with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The air con was fantastic, the shower had great power and the bed was comfortable with great quality linen.The pool was exceptionally clean with a great private sunbathing area which we made the most of after a morning of sightseeing. The house is located in a charming peaceful hamlet at the top of a hill which is a 10 min drive to Ansiao where there are 2 supermarkets, numerous shops and a number of restaurants. Our host Eurico was charming and helpful and really makes you feel welcome. We had a fantastic holiday here and can thoroughly recommend. Thanks Eurico for letting us stay.

Alles sehr schön gewesen !

Haben unseren Urlaub bei Eurico sehr genossen. In ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung ein modernes sauberes Haus als Basis für Ausflüge gehabt.Obwohl es kühl war den tollen Pool genutzt und die Sonnenterrasse. Vielen Dank Eurico.

Belle expérience au centre du Portugal. Pas loin des grandes villes. De beaux Paysages. Une belle maison avec tout l’essentiel. Parfait !!! Et une piscine agréable avec ce beau temps. Merci à Eurico pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die ländliche Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig. Die Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit und der hügeligen Landschaft muss man allerdings lange Fahrtzeiten einplanen. Unbedingt besuchen: Fragos São Simao!!!

Enjoyable house/area

Perfect house/pool/ terrace for a interesting price. Comfortable beds. Besude the usual attraolike Coimbra, Tomar, Fatima etc. thus area is also very nice to do some ( long walks ) Owner is friendly and helpful.

Central Portufal

The property was above all our expectations. Very clean, very comfortable, in short a home away from home. The kichen was very well stocked with all the kitchen utensils any chef would need. I used the BBQ several times, it worked perfect. I would recommend the butcher in Ansiao, great selection. We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. A bid thanks to an awesome host.

Lovely setting

The villa was excellent, very clean, well equipped and homely. The pool and surrounding areas were fantastic. Very rural location - you will need to have a car to visit the supermarket and for days out.

A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. House is beautiful with everything you need for your stay and a lovely pool area. There is a lot of information provided in the house with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants in the area. Eurico is a very welcoming host, very communicative and available if needed

Dies war das mit Abstand sauberste Ferienhaus, das wir jemals gebucht hatten. (Ist für uns einer der wichtigsten Aspekte). Das Inserat entspricht absolut dem gebotenen Objekt. Alles Nötige vorhanden, Vermieter mit Super-Kommunikation hilft jederzeit gerne bei allen Fragen, Check-in und Check-out völlig problemlos. Sehr ruhige Lage in einem etwas erhöht liegenden Dörfchen. Sightseeing (Coimbra, Tomar, Batalha) ist halt immer mit einer Fahrt von mindestens einer halben Stunde (ein Weg) verbunden. Porto ~ 1h40. Zum Meer (tolle Strände mit viel Platz) ca. 45 – 60 Minuten.

Definitiv nicht das letzte Mal!

Es war genau wie beschrieben! Tolles Haus (alles was man braucht ist vorhanden), wunderbarer privater Poolbereich, sehr ruhiger Ort! Einfach traumhaft. Wenn Haustiere erlaubt wären, wäre es mein Lieblingserholungsort!😉 Danke an den Vermieter!!

I will always be available to help in any way I can, before, during & after your stay. Minor problems (if you encounter any) will be dealt with asap. I always ensure guests have maximum privacy, but I'm available to chat about anything you might need for your holidays: sightseeing, hints for best restaurants, etc... You can call or text me, or you can email & use messengers, but I cannot guarantee I'll be connected to internet all time, so your messages might not be seen immediately. I work in the area, so I'll always be only one step away. If I'm not available for some reason, my parents live in the village, only a few hundred meters away.

My home is a recently renovated stone house from the late 18th century. The structure was kept intact, but everything else was totally renovated. The outside was kept rustic, but the inside is very modern. I love minimalist interiors and this is what you can expect in my house: clean, modern & light lines! For maximum comfort, air conditioning available. The house is rented fully furnished and equipped.

Guests will have access to a comfortable lounge, kitchen/dining, two bedrooms (one double & two singles) & shower room. There is also access to a laundry room (external access). Outside guests can make use of our BBQ, sitting area/patio, small garden with orange tree, parking space (enough for larger vehicle or two smaller ones), balcony and our swimming pool open all year (not heated).
