Villa was perfect

Lovely villa in a quiet location with amazing views. Everything in the villa was perfect, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Heated pool which we used daily. Lots of outside space planted with cactus and potted palms and the staff really took the trouble to ensure everything was ok. We will be staying again for sure.

A Hidden Treasure

We decided to spend 6 weeks of our Canadian winter in Tenerife as opposed to the USA or the Caribbean. Our decision was good one as we had one of the best vacations ever! Our hosts, Kay and Elena are absolutely amazing. They were attentive to our needs and requests, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They are both an excellent resource re Island information such as local restaurants, activities and excursions. We were invited to join Kay in a wine tasting tour, drinking local wines and eating island cuisine.. what a fabulous day! If you like hiking, there are great trails to enjoy with various levels of difficulty. Elena arranged a massage in our home ( outside on the private patio)a couple of times for us and she was excellent! The villa or Apt (we stayed in G), is exactly the way it is shown in the pictures. Actually its even more beautiful than the pics! The villa is clean, with a well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds and fresh high end linens. The beds are advertised as queens but they are bigger than that... more like a king to us. The private pool is clean and kept at a nice temperature. The plants and gardens are beautiful.. adding a tranquil and peaceful feeling. Its very quiet at night and we never heard a noise! The maintenance and cleaning staff were excellent. They are all very professional and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. For example, I requested extra sharp knives because I love to cook often and they were provided to me that afternoon.. AMAZING!! By the end of our 6 weeks, we felt like family and we would highly recommend this amazing destination. Thank you Kay and Elena

Tolle Wohnung, traumhafter Blick!

Wir hatten App. G gemietet.

Beautiful view, spacious and comfortable, friendly and helpful people = wonderful stay!

The manager greeted us and was delightful during our whole stay. He helped us with our bags and was always available for anything we needed. There was a nice welcome pack, with wine and breakfast fares. The Nespresso machine was a nice surprise. We received suggestions for restaurants and excursions. We felt pampered. There are a couple flights of stairs up to the place, so you are above the neighboring houses. The layout of the apartment is great. The living room is large and comfortable, with windows on two sides looking out over the countryside and ocean. There are a covered terrace, a surprisingly large and beautiful garden and a private swimming pool. Being high up, it is all quite private, even being close to the other apartments. Thought went into the details. For example, instead of leaving a blank wall behind the house, it is lined with flower beds, which was quite nice. The kitchen is well equipped and all the basics are there (salt, pepper, paper towels, trash bags, ...). Two bedrooms and two baths make it perfect for a family or two couples. The beds and linen are not quite up to the standard of the rest of the place but are OK. The apartment is on the north coast, close to charming towns and incredible sights, away from the touristy beaches of the south. Warmly recommended!

Thank you so very much for your positive feedback. We are very glad to read that you enjoyed your stay on the island and at the property. We strive for excellence in design, comfort and service and it makes us proud when our guests enjoy their experience at AD - San Marcos. We are constantly trying to improve and we appreciate the feedback. We are in the process of replacing beds and linen right now and we are going to add private pools and new interior design to some of our apartments. Your feedback is important to us and we try our very best to get up to the level our guests expect of the property and staff. Thank you for your patronage, Kay (owner)
