バーベキュー、屋外での食事、庭のソファで本を読みながらリラックスしたり、スイミングプールで泳いだり。 アパートには2つのベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあります。 キッチン/リビングルームから庭へのアクセスがあります。 キッチンから大きなプライベートルーフテラスまで歩いていくことができ、多くのゲストを招待している場合には便利です。 快適なラウンジチェアもあります。 合計100 M2のプライベートパティオ！

アパートは別荘にあり、6つのアパートに分かれています。 ロックされた中庭の一般的な駐車場。 ゲートを出て通りを30メートル下ると、海に出ます。 プライベートピクニックをしたい方、または角を曲がって歩くと、Cap d'Antibesにある素晴らしいGaroupe Beachがあります。

小さなスーパーマーケットに近いです。 アンティーブセンターまでは2.5 kmで、徒歩、または洞窟で2台の自転車を利用できます。バスを利用することもできます。

Fabulous

We stayed for a week with our 3 adult children and it was wonderful. The owner was good at communicating and helpful. The apartment in the villa was very nice and there are two outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool. Very quiet area. The Plage de La Garoupe is a quick walk. The scenery from the Villa is spectacular! Merci! Michelle

Well located, great owner, no surprises

This is a small unit in a complex of 4-5 other similar units with a shared pool, parking area and laundry facilities. The owner is very easy to work with and the unit is very much as advertised. In particular, it is a short walk to the Garoupe beach and a doable walk into old Antibes. It is by no means a “five star” facility but certainly good value for the money. The kitchen is not great and the outside grill is basically a toy, so in general it would be a better fit for those interested in dining out most nights.

A week in paradise

We spent a wonderful week in August in Ingun's lovely apartment. It is not only spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, but it is also perfectly equipped with everything you need. The provided beach towels are a real cherry on the top. We really loved the beautiful outdoor sitting areas, the big swimming pool right in front of the door (which was perfect for cooling down on hot summer days) and we also appreciated the well-working air-con inside. Ingun's apartment is perfectly situated for day trips along the Côte d'Azur, but we fell especially in love with Cap d'Antibes and Plage de la Garoupe, which felt like being in paradise. Thank you, Ingun, for a wonderful holiday and unforgettable memories! We definitely want to be back!

Sehr gut!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und der schnelle Weg zum Meer ist optimal. Die Technik (z.B. Geschirrspüler, Radio, Fernseher) ist nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand. Aber Alles in Allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung.!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Eine super freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bereits im Vorfeld. Das Einchecken war völlig unkompliziert und uns wurde ein sehr großes Vertrauen geschenkt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt - wie zuhause 😄 Es war einer der schönsten von den vielen Urlauben an der Côte D’Azur. Wir werden versuchen, die Wohnung für nächstes Jahr wieder zu bekommen.

Wonderful stay on the Cap D'Antibes

My children and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this charming villa apartment! The location was great and close to the beach. We had use of beach towels, an umbrella, and the overall living situation was ideal for me and my two teenage children. The terraces are lovely but the ants are aplenty. Sweeping the terrace daily kept them at bay. Will most certainly return as we fell in love with Antibes and neighboring villages in the Cote D'Azur.

A little gem on Cap d’Antibes

The property is in an excellent position, however we did have a car. We had sole use of the pool as other apartments were empty so that was a bonus. The apartment is very well equipped and owner extremely helpful. We had a wonderful week and will definitely return.

Great place as base to enjoy the Côte d'Azur comme il faut.

We spent here 8 very nice days at the Cap d'Antibes. Wonderful as a base to explore the Côte d'Azur between Cannes and Nice or to chill on the Rooftop with sea view or at the pool. The apartment is part of a villa and very tastefully decorated by Ingun, so you also like to stay inside. The communication with Ingun has worked out very well and all was best prepared. We will be happy to come back again. P. S. Literature tip for German-speaking visitors: Hotel Provencal by Lutz Hachmeister, a cultural history about Juan-les-Pin, Antibes and the Cap; nice to game to identify all mentioned villas and places.

Excellent location, appartement cozy

Excellent appartement, cozy et de très bon gout la décoration, très bien equipé, emplacement excellent à deux pas de la mer, terrasse vue sur mer et ensoleilé. Séjour très agrèable et bon communication. On reviendra avec grand pmaisir.

A fabulous apartment in a perfect location

Everything about this apartment was perfect. The facilities are great, the location is brilliant - very close to beach, walking distance (quite a longish walk) to Antibes and yet yet quiet and peaceful. Apartment is very well laid out, lovely pool and terraces. The owner could not have been more helpful or charming. She made us feel so welcome and helped us with any enquiries or needs we had.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Inguns Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt nah am Meer in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ingun ist eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, sie hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect Appartment

Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit eigenem Parkplatz am Cap de Antibes ganz nahe am Meer. De Anlage ist sehr gepflegt inkl. Swimmingpool. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr privat mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und immer für Fragen gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment in great location

We stayed at this property for a week in August and it was fantastic. The apartment was clean, light and airy, with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely outdoor terrace. The pool is shared with the other apartments in the building but was never busy and safe for children as entry was via a lockable gate. Location is very close to the waterfront with lovely private beaches also nearby and a short walk into town. Ingud was very helpful and efficient with the booking and very friendly. A great place to stay and explore Cap D'Antibes and we hope to return next year
