First time in Mallorca

We had a lovely 5 day stay at the house. Such a great place to stay. Our host Julio was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know really well. The house had everything you would need. Outside area is perfect. Would definitely come back here next time we come to the island.

Perfect house in great location

The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return.

House and host both fabulous!

We were a party of two couples arriving at different times but Julio's helpfulness and flexibility made it easy for us from arrival, throughout our stay and on departure. The house was perfect for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic apartment, brilliant holiday!

Julio’s apartment is wonderful - the location is great and the pool and outside areas are perfect. We had an amazing week, wish we could have stayed longer! Julio was a thoughtful, helpful and friendly host who was on hand if needed. Would highly recommend!

Worth every euro

The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Julio the owner it's great, he made sure we had everything we needed at arrival and during our stay. He event left some milk, juice and beer for our arrival. Great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral.

The Best!

For a city stay this place was perfect as we also had the outdoor space and pool area to relax after hitting the shops and sites. It’s a ten minute walk into the restaurant and bar areas and just a few more minutes into the old town. The place was spotless and perfect for 4 adult friends sharing. Would definitely return and recommend

Spain vacation

This place is a bit of a walk from the main tourist area of Palma but it was very clean and the pool was lovely after hot days of sightseeing. Taxi's are hard to come by in this area so be prepared to either walk a bit to find one or call one specifically.

Golfing in Mallorca

Very clean and up to date with everything you need. Washing machine, coffee machine, pool, roof terrace and so on. Good location, and dealing with the manager was perfect. Recommended. Roger and Three golf friends.

Very comfortable accommodation with lovely outdoor area, ideal for evening drinks. Short walk around 25 minutes to Palma Cathedral. Plenty of cafes along the way. Julio was very accommodating so top marks as a host. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Sid, London, UK.

Brilliant stay

Thank you Julio for a brilliant stay. Your house in Son Espanyolet is everything we dreamed of and more. Fabulous location close to Santa Catalina, bars, shops and supermarket. Great access to Buses and old town. Beds were comfy, air-con worked, pool was a delight, showers were great, kitchen was well equipped, sofa was big, everything you need for 4 people. Julio was helpful and communicative. We will definitely return. Proper Palma neighbourhood living.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful and perfect for me and my friends. Only 10 minutes from the airport and a short walk to the centre which was perfect. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host Julio was brilliant and always responsive on what’s app, responding to questions we had. His customer service was exceptional! He was always ensuring our stay at the villa was exceeding our expectations from beginning to end.

An Amazing Stay in Palma

Julio was an exceptional host. Keeping us informed every step of the way and on-hand for any questions & help we needed. Immaculate flat with excellent location

The house on San Espanyolet has everything to offer and more. Location is excellent, within 7 minutes you are at the Catalina Market where you can either buy goods to bring home or eat at their many cook to orders kitchens. There is an array of restaurants nearby as well as the shopping district, downtown, cathedral, paseo maritimo, within a few minutes walk. The house is equipped with everything you need, all new appliances and a very nice patio to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the afternoon. Beds, pillows, linen, etc. all of excellent quality as well as the toilet units. the whole house, including everything mentioned above, is immaculately clean. We would definitely would stay there on our next trip to Mallorca.

Best place to stay in Palma

Julio was an excellent host, meeting us as we arrived and being very accommodating. The apartment is perfectly situated to explore palma without needing taxis if you enjoy a stroll. The outdoor space is a welcome addition and a lovely space to spend a late afternoon after sightseeing. Would recommend to everyone.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in traumhaftem Ferienhaus

Alles in allem einfach perfekt. Angefangen von einem überaus netten Empfang des Vermieters und perfekter Einweisung. Das Haus ist modern renoviert, perfekt ausgestattet und befindet sich in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage. Der Außenbereich mit seinem Pool und der Sonnenterrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. In nur wenigen Gehminuten sind die Altstadt und das Szeneviertel Santa Catalina, sowie der Hafen erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt. Wir haben die Zeit mit Freunden sehr genossen und kommen gerne bald wieder.

Fantastic host

We have never had a host so helpful and continued to check if we needed anything most days . Julio messaged us with all our queries and Evan arranged shopping for us .Julio got taxis and couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay . The house is a 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants a five minute walk. The house has a lovely pool and terrace which we would highly recommend .Thank you Julio for your help and kindness. We will be back .

Kurztrip nach Palms

Es war eine super saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man so braucht. Julio ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber der sehr um das Wohl aller bemüht ist. Selten so tollen Vermieter kennengelernt. Diese Unterkunft ist neu, sauber und sehr zu empfehlen. Pool und Garten sauber aber im Februar kalt was auch zu erwarten ist. Trotz allem kurz abgetaucht und such zu empfehlen Viele Grüße Franz und Freunde

Die Wohnung/ das Haus ist in einem neuen sehr sauberen Zustand! Ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind auch schön gemacht! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Fantastic stay & Fantastic host

We had a great 4 night stay in this cute place. Immaculately clean and easy check in with the host Julio . The pool was perfect and all felt very private. The location was great just a brief walk to the Port or the array of gorgeous restaurants and bars . Our host was on hand for any help we needed and truly went out of his way for us . Even organising our taxi to airport . I highly recommend staying here and I will be back for the trip to the castle ! 👍
