Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time in this vacation rental. The location is wonderful, close (walking distance on nice days) to old town Palma with terrific restaurants and of course the fabulous port view. Aitor was a gracious host and the home was very well stocked and included many thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect Stay

Our favorite by far was the 3rd floor large balcony overlooking the Palma marina. We could see both sunrise and sunset. But the house as a whole was also fantastic. Bedrooms had all we needed; the 2nd floor bedroom had beautiful sliding door closets with drawers inside and the kitchen had whatever we needed to cook in.

Lovely stay at this gorgeous Portixol Apartment

This gorgeous apartment in the Portixol area of Palma is a real gem - the host is very accommodating and communicative, the location is great and the rooftop deck is just wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Awesome stay in a great location

From the first day to the last everything was great, comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax, top floor porch was great with nice views of the city and the harbor. Aitor was very attentive and the oranges, lemons and limes were appreciated. Did not want to leave!

Amazing house and location

Everything was perfect with the house and location. Beach, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. East walk to Palma city along the back of the main beach. Not a single negative.

Wonderful apartment in a beatiful area

The apartment was clean and beatifully decorated. Aitor was a brilliant host. We loved the area with a lot of nice restaurants. We rented bicycles and we loved to visit a lot of nice places.

Beautiful Home

Fabulous

We had a super time here. It’s a fabulous location over looking the harbour. The layout is great with the roof terrace. Apartment was very clean, and really well equipped kitchen to be able to cook no problem. Communication with Aitor was great also, super responsive. 10/10.

Great apartment

Great location where we were able to park nearby for free (we visited at the end of September). The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and clean. The sunny terrace is a nice bonus. Close to a supermarket and some lovely restaurants. You can walk into the centre in approx 20-30 mins. Would recommend!

Perfect place

We had a perfect stay in the duplex in Portixol. The duplex is just as lovely as you can see in the pictures, and Aitor is a gentle, serviceminded and welcoming host. We loved the Portixol area! In walking distance of Palma center and the Old town, yet quiet and with very nice local restaurants and cafes. You can take walks by the sea, rent a bike or a car to explore the island. I would be happy to return.

Rooftop dining with the marina view...LOVELY!

We really enjoyed this property. It's incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It's right by the marina and has a beach close by not the nicest one we went to, but definitely convenient. Beautiful hotel and restaurant next-door so you can walk over and have fine dining. About a 45 minute drive to all the attractions so if you rent a car, you will be all set. Parking was not hard at all. We loved staying here. I would definitely recommend it.
