Villa Kalostous is a spacious, modern, and beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. It covers an area of 80 square meters and is located in close proximity to the villages of Mesi and Agia Triada in the Rethymno area. Situated on top of a hill amidst olive groves and other plantations, the villa boasts uninterrupted and expansive views of the mountains, meadows, and the sea. It provides a haven of serenity and relaxation, far from the noise and traffic, while still being just a short walk away from a local traditional tavern and a picturesque village.



The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Additionally, one of the sofas can be converted into a bed, suitable for a child. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub ensuite and another with a shower and WC adjacent to the second bedroom. The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, seamlessly connected to the spacious living room with sophisticated decor.



Ample surrounding space is available for hours of relaxation on the loungers in front of the large pool or beneath the shade of the fully furnished, cozy patio/veranda. The villa also offers a barbecue area and plenty of parking spaces. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine, microwave, cooker, iron, fridge, and more.



The area is perfect for scenic drives or leisurely walks, and the local beach is only 5.5 km away. The lively town of Rethymno, renowned for its day and night life, is just 9 km from the villa. In addition, within a short stroll, you'll find a local traditional tavern in the charming village of Mesi.

Place to relax

Villa Nr 1 ist perfect located. Especially the Pool and outside area hast much space and you can relax there soooo good. Also the whole House ist very Clean and modern, AC worked perfectly, WiFi also. George was always very fast by helping us if needed. Only thing is: there could be some more plates, glasses, knives etc and some Salt, pepper and Oil would have been great. Anything else was perfect for us, we enjoyed our stay there very much and can highly recommend this place.

Parfait

3eme fois que nous choisissons Kalostous et toujours aussi ravis. Le calme, le soleil et tous les magnifiques sites à visiter. L’équipe discrète est attentionnée, nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de les saluer cette fois ci, ni de les remercier. Ensemble de 4 villas très bien entretenues, les chats adorables nous tiennent compagnie. La taverna Andreas à quelques mètres, essayée pour la 1ere fois cette année, est top (ouverte le soir uniquement). Bref j’espère que nous reviendrons encore et encore profiter du soleil, du chant des cigales dans les oliviers et du son des clochettes des brebis. Nos meilleures vacances 💙

Wir waren 12 Tage mit 4 Personen in der Villa Nr 1.Es war wunderschön.Wir konnten bei Ankunft direkt in ein sauber geputztes Haus einziehen ( ohne Wartezeit obwohl wir sehr Früh ankamen). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist 1 zu 1 wie auf der Online Seite abgebildet.Modern und in einwandfreiem Zustand.Die Putzfirma war regelmäßig da und alle sehr freundlich. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Wassertemperatur und der Ausblick rundum war fantastisch. Die Umgebung war wunderschön und mit dem Mietwagen gab es viel zu entdecken.Tolle Strände,interessante Orte und leckere Restaurants.Alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Personal freundlich, professionell ist aber anders. Die Lage ist mittelmäßig. Keine Infrastruktur in der Nähe, Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Es ist schön ruhig. Wäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Ausstattung ist absolut inakzeptabel. TV, Klima, Kaffeemaschine, diverse Lichter haben nicht funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung lässt sich kaum als solche bezeichnen: nicht vorhanden oder ungenügend. Die Herdplatten sind verrostet, die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht. Alle Sitzgelegenheiten sind wackelig oder verschlissen, die Matratzen sind viel zu hart. Die Duschen und Wasserhähne sind schmutzig und verkalkt. Die WC‘s sind mit nicht befestigten, schmutzigen Brillen versehen, etliche Fugen sind veraltet und auch verschimmelt! Der Pool ist ständig voller Insekten, die Pumpe läuft ständig, ist zu laut. Die Bodenplatten im Wohnzimmerbereich lösten sich stellenweise ab, es quoll Klebstoff aus den Bodenfugen. Die Küchenmöbel sind an einigen Stellen auseinandergefallen.

Villa splendide

Magnifique villa avec une vue splendide sur mer et montagne. Excellent accueil par Mr Georgios, la villa est parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes, très bien équipée, piscine superbe avec vue sur la mer. Plages à 10mn en voiture, la ville de Rethymnon à 15 mn. Nous avons passé un super séjour d'1 semaine.

Mooiste huisje tot nu toe dat we hebben gehuurd. Veel glazen schuifdeuren, zwembad dichtbij het huisje. Prachtig uitzicht. In de bergen wel meer kans op bewolking. Jammer dat er geen afwasmachine in de keuken zit. Verder top.

schönes modernes idyllisches Paradies!

Für einen klasse Preis sind wir in ein kleines Paradies gekommen! Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt! Die Häuser sind super schön und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte an uns an nichts. Der Whirlpool und der Pool sind ein absolutes Highlight! Wir haben uns super erholt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Danke an die lieben Gastgeber! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Beautiful Location

It´s a very nice location in a beautiful quiet nature. We enjoyed our staying, it was very relaxing. Lot´s of birds and bees and their sound around us. The view over the mountains and to the ocean is great. The manager made a good service, nice restaurant advice. Good for walking and hiking in springtime.

A dream house!

We spent some of our vacation at Villa Kalostous booked by Oreo group! The place is new and very nice decorated and equipped! We had all we needed!place is amazing away from the crowd! With sea and mountain view! The outdoor is spacious simple but with everything you need! Pool, BBQ, dinning table, flowers.. The inside is modern, with big glass doors watching the outside view, with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi! The kitchen is fully equipped! The owner Giorgos very district and kind to help you in anything you need! We could say "a dream house"! Totally value for money! Thank you!
