Pets allowed! Book your holidays in this duplex in Villaricos with air conditioning / heating in the living-dining room and main bedroom, parking, balcony, and a sun terrace with sea views. Located in a residential complex with communal swimming pool and jacuzzi, among other amenities.
With a maximum capacity for 4 adults, it has the following layout: On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with fireplace and access to a balcony. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 toilet with shower. On the second floor: sun terrace with sea views.
In the Harbour Lights residential complex, opposite Hope Harbour, 200 metres from Hope Cove and 500 metres from La Dolores beach, with landscaped areas, communal swimming pool, jacuzzi, underground garage, and close to bars and restaurants.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh / day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 small/medium-sized pet/booking is allowed in the duplex, but pets are not permitted in the common areas of the residential complex. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
