A great 2 bed apartment in a small complex with a private parking spot and a communal pool.Ideal for a couple or small family looking for an apartment close to the centre of peyia.1st class host who was available and helpful.This was our second stay and wont be our last.

Had a lovely time in Cyprus.The apartment was very clean and tidy,parking was good right outside the property.The pool was crystal clear. I would definitely stay here again The neighbours were excellent,and we just had a fabulous time many thanks

Perfect property right in the centre of Peyia. Surrounded by local bars / tavernas / restaurants. Handy for the bus or taxi down to Coral Bay, although if you want to experience the traditional food - stay in Peyia! Everything about the property was as per the pictures and description. Fantastic hosts with great communication and help throughout.

Lovely large apartment with sea view

Lovely large apartment in quiet complex with 11 other apartments. Easy walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. Well maintained pool which we had to ourselves some days. Loved the view out over the town towards the sea from the large balcony. Great communication with the owner who answered all our questions and gave us lots of useful information about the area. The beaches of Coral Bay and Corallia are 5 minutes drive away or there is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment. Would recommend it.viees if the sunset over the headlznd.

Lovely stay in a great location.

We spent a happy couple of weeks in the October sunshine in this lovely apartment. The location is ideal, right in the centre of Pegeia village, with supermarket and restaurants within a very few minutes’ walk. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with parking directly outside. We had great communication with the owners, who were readily available if needed to resolve any issues. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, which we never had to share, due to the small size of the complex. We made good use of a hire car during our stay, and were able to explore (and hike in) the mountains and forests, as well as the coast. The area has much to offer in terms of differing landscapes. Thanks very much to Sally & Nick for the use of your apartment - we would certainly consider a return visit !

My stay in Peyia was great.

Ms Sally, the host has been great. She timely responded and provided answers to questions. She has been very accommodating. If I could make one suggestion to her is to fix/replace the AC unit in the living room. During the hot days of July and August the unit doesn’t cool the room. But overall we have enjoyed our stay.at Sally’s place. Thank you.

Apartment is ideally situated for local facilities, has a nice pool, and is a short drive to Coral Bay. Everything was provided and the host responded quickly and effectively to any queries. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent location

Lovely apartment in the heart of Peyia. Within easy access of all amenities. Very clean and well equipped for our stay. The pool area was large with everything you need. Sally was the perfect host. This apartment is very much home from home and we will definitely be back again next year.

Perfect spot for what we wanted

The apartment was ideal for my friend who used to live in Peyia and round the corner from her favourite restaurant! Also a short drive from the beach. The pool was lovely and the apartment comfortable with a lovely balcony. The neighbours were really nice to!

Everything was thought of- a home from home.

Sally was easily contacted- she responded quickly and nothing was too much trouble. She honestly thought of everything. Such a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Location was perfect and the pool was amazing. We all had a brilliant time and cant wait to go back already!

Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bus,Geschäfte,Pubs und Tavernen sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Nachbarn sind sehr nett genauso wie die Vermieterin. Für einen erholsamen ruhigen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

Enjoyed our holiday at the property in Peyia, good location for all amenities. The property was really nice and had everything we needed. Bus route good for going to the beach and Pathos. The owner Sally was on the end of a phone when we needed help and was really lovely in making sure we had all information we needed. We would highly recommend booking her apartment.

Fabulous holiday, great location.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in this great apartment in beautiful Peyia. The apartment is spacious and very clean, there is everything you need for a great holiday. The WiFi was very fast and reliable. There is a lovely large balcony which overlooked the pool, with fabulous sea views. This apartment is on the ground floor, which was perfect for us, with its own parking space just outside the apartment main door. The location was great just a two minute walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. We have stayed in Peyia many times, this was the closest we have ever been to the village which was great. We would definitely recommend this apartment and we will try and return later this year. The owner Sally is great, very friendly and supplied all the information we needed. Thank you Sally for letting us stay in the apartment a little later on departure day , we really appreciate it.

Excellent apartment with pool, close to all the amenities

Just returned from an 8 day stay at this excellent apartment in Peyia to celebrate daughter's 40th Birthday. Very pleased with this clean, roomy apartment with pool. Ideally situated for all the amenities e.g. bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Regular bus service to Coral Bay (1.50euro) where there is a frequent service to Pathos. Highly recommended.

My husband & I purchased this for ourselves but as the family got bigger we decided to let the children/grandchildren have their own accommodation when they come over for a holiday and let it out at other times. We moved to another property but still love the location of this apartment.

This property is right in the heart of Peyia. It has numerous bars and restuarants within a minutes walk and there are several supermarkets with a 2 minute walk. The bakery is just across the road and offers a wide selection of freshly baked items 7 days a week. It is near the beach, town and night life but far enough away that the noise and music will not disturb a good nights sleep

With just one step into the building makes it easy to access the apartment and there is a driveway with a slope for anyone who cannot manage the stairs to the pool.
