A spacious modern two bedroom ground floor apartment in a unique and sort after location of Poole, with stunning views of the 55acre Boating Lake, in Poole Park.

This apartment is furnished to a modern standard with a fully integrated kitchen - dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. A spacious lounge/diner and master bedroom overlooks the 55acre boat lake.

Situated in Poole Park, it's an easy walk to Poole town centre, Poole Quay, Baiter Park, Parkstone yacht club, a short drive to Sandbanks for the sandy beach and many tourist attraction. The park offers plenty of children play areas, tennis, walks, fitness trails, bird watching, water sports and more. Once at the apartment, there is no need for the car.

An ideal relaxing hideaway for families, couples, business stay or even a relaxing break. Also a great place to come and enjoy UK’s biggest Air show in Bournemouth on the 29 - 31 August 2024.

This is a beautiful modern two bedroom first floor apartment in a unique and sort after location, a stone throw away from the 55acre Boating Lake, in Poole Park, and with breath taking views of the Lake.

There are plenty of activities in the park for a family with children, restaurant etc. Poole Quay (for boats, fireworks, boat trips), Baiter Park, the Old town of Poole, the local swimming pool, and more are a casual walk away from the apartment - no need for a car.
