Slice of Heaven

Wonderful resort, great amenities. Easy access to beach and pool. Only real complaint is the lack of personality within the condo, as well as lack of extras (no beach towels, no paper towels, no beach toys nor chairs). We have stayed in several units at Seabreeze, though this is the first time with ABSeas. I think I had different expectations after our previous visits.

Relaxing and peaceful area

Nice but very small. A few things were missing from the kitchen but we worked around it. No sharp knives or cooking utensils or frying pans. Grounds and pool area were very nice

Beachside!

This property is really nice. The condo was clean, the view was great and the price was right. We enjoyed the hot tub every night we were there. Unfortunately, it was rainy and freezing when we were there but being on the beach would have been fantastic. We would definitely stay again!

Seascape Vaca

Our stay was great. To have a place on the beach in Galveston is perfect. With the added heated pool, what more could a person ask for. Our stay was great and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed.

Relaxing weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our sty and will be doing it again soon! Condo was as described and comfortable and clean. The proximity to the beach was fabulous. I did not have to cross a busy street to get there and this property was further down from the busy part of town which was wonderful! Will be returning at some point.

Great Quiet Get Away

What a perfect spot to have access to beach and pool!!! The beds were so comfy and was just a great place for us to reset! We did have issues having access to gate to the beach / pool - couldnt find that combo listed.

Amazing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Awesome views and everything was close by. This was our first time visiting Galveston and we were not disappointed. Will return again with the kids!

Relaxing, clean, nice view, quiet!

Have stayed at this complex last year and enjoyed our stay, so decided to go back this year again. Has a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Paper towels missing, no beach towels provided.

Nice location -- great views

Nice location directly on the beach, no road between us and the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean.

Will be back!

The view was amazing. The condo was very clean and the BEDS were so so comfortable! We were there during the biker rally for but were there for the cheerleading competition. We felt so safe and did not want to leave. You are close to everything at this location as well. Great great place! Thank you :)

Great Location

I loved the location. The best part was the fact the condo is ON the beach and you don’t have to cross the busy Seawall road to get to the beach. With two kids, one being a toddler, this was essential to us. The outside was clean. The pool area is nice. It was packed our entire stay. Lots of families and kids. The unit we stayed in was nice for the most part, but did have some cosmetic flaws. The blinds on the balcony door were broken and hanging. The bedding in the master room looked to have a cigarette burn in them, and the comforter looked stained, which was nasty to me. The lighting is also very, very poor. During the day there is a lot of natural light from the windows, but at night the bedroom and bathroom lighting is very dim. I also did not like how the bedroom windows did not have curtains. There are blinds, but I would have liked curtains personally. Definitely not a deal breaker, however. As other reviews have stated, you are only given 6 towels, which is not nearly enough. With kids, it’s impossible not to track in sand from the beach, so a small vacuum would have been nice. A broom is provided, but we could not find a dust pan and had to improvise. The TV remotes to the bunk beds did not work. And for those who are worried about the RV park. Yes, it is the primary view from the balcony, but it is not scummy at all. We were fine being so close to it. All in all, it was a nice stay. I do think we would prefer a two bedroom next time.

Beach vacation

Great location. Loved the access to the beach. The access to the local attractions was nice but not being in the main busy area of Galveston was a great plus. Over all a great condominium. Our unit was nice, clean. Although the negative was that there was no washer and dryer in the unit and being a family of 5 and a 5 day beach vacation not having a washer and dryer was a down side. And towels were not replaced. Definitely stay at this location again maybe just not this condo.

Great location

We had a couple of issues with the room smell that was quickly addressed by the staff. It did not correct the problem while we were there but they were on top of it for us. The beds were comfortable and the room was well appointed for a short stay!

Great getaway

Very impressed with the location and our unit! The staff in office were also extremely friendly and helpful! Beach access was fantastic and overall experience was just what I needed. The location is down and away from all the rush of traffic and very relaxing. If you want to be in the mix it’s just a quick drive too, would recommend. Our unit was totally remodeled and updated other than needing a new stove.

Great location

Location is right on water- awesome views of ocean and beach was nice. The pool was great on the property. The condo was nice and just as pictured. For two of us it was perfect and would be great for 4 people too. Beds were comfy.

Great property

We would definitely stay here again! Condo was adorable, very clean and perfect for our family of 3! Check in was a little rough-we were late getting in, which we had communicated to property beforehand and were told our paperwork would be at gate with guard. Well, the person dropped ball and it wasn’t there. Luckily someone was still on site and was able to take care of us, and was very apologetic. So if you know you’re gonna be late, I would double check day of before 5 that they got your info to the guard. Other than that mixup it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!
