設備の整ったキッチンには、電気オーブン、ガスコンロ、ケトル、トースター、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、洗濯機、多くのキッチン設備があります。

追加のエンターテイメントとして、英語の「フリービュー」テレビ、テーブルサッカー、ビリヤード台、ダーツで構成されるゲームルームを利用できます。

Agréable séjour en pleine campagne, grande piscine

La piscine grande et chaude ainsi que le baby-foot ont fait le bonheur des enfants (de 3 à 8 ans), 2 portes fermées à clé pour y accéder à partir de la maison donc suffisamment sécurisé. La maison est en pleine campagne (mais des commerces à quelques kilomètres) donc séjour très reposant. Nombreux jeux de sociétés, salle de billard et cuisine bien équipée ajoutent à la convivialité. Propriétaire disponible et réactive. Toutes les chambres ont des volets bois qui isolent de la lumière sauf 1 chambre avec 2 lits doubles qui dispose d’un velux seulement (moins isolant à la lumière et à la chaleur). Les ventilateurs fournis sont bien utiles pour les journées à 40 degrés dehors. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Promenades en âne, centre séquestre à proximité, distillerie etc

Cadre très sympa et bon volume pour la maison et piscine top

Seul bémol attention au système d évacuation de la cuisine du lave vaisselle qui refoule dans le levier .et les chasses d eaux du bas un peu vieillissantes

Huis in prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. Wij vonden echter de prijs die we hiervoor hebben betaald aan de hoge kant voor de kwaliteit en staat van de woning. Er was best wat achterstallig onderhoud en de inrichting was sober en niet op alle punten uitgerust voor 8 personen. Het zwembad was wel heerlijk!

A French Dream that became reality

Sometimes its difficult to find in a property something for everyone in a holiday home. But in this case 2 families joined together for the first time, to relax and have fun in the sun. The property was as described, having holidayed in the region before the property was easy to locate, and close to beaches, restaurants, wineries/cognac, with views across the French landscape. Very quiet which enabled us to all relax and have plenty of rest. Everyone loved the heated pool which enabled us to swim even on the cold overcast days, but also on the hot days enabling us to cool off. (We met Dave the pool attendant/gardener on a couple of occasions) The house catered for all our needs, washing machine/dishwasher etc and plenty of cooking utensils should the need arise, we BBQ'd most nights. For food the local markets were a joy and the supermarkets were only 20 mins away for a full stock up of goods. The WiFi was available but be aware it is good for e-mails but for streaming the speed can be slow. But we were on holiday so it didn't matter. And we didn't have time to watch TV!! St Georges beach was our sons favourite, soft clean sand for castles and waves suitable for body boards. The Zoo at Palmyre was a favourite. A clean property throughout. We would return again as we have more to explore Thank you Caroline.

We have 2 children (aged 10 & 13), who love spending time in the pool and surrounding areas. We have spent time here walking, sometimes cycling - but mostly on the beach, shopping and visiting the local sites.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We purchased Beauvoir in 2014 after falling hopelessly in love with the house, rooms, private pool and stunning views across the valley. The house is located in the idyllic village of Boutenac-Touvent, a quiet piece of rural France situated on the South-West Coast in the region of the Charente-Maritime, within 25 minutes of local beaches, close to the historical port of Mortagne-sur-Gironde, local amenities, and entertainment.

Built in the style of a Maison d'Maitre, Beauvoir's large rooms offer space for families, without losing the charm of an authentic French property.

With small children ourselves, the property is fabulous for little-ones. The private pool is secure at the rear of the property, and the small road to the front is only accessible by a few local village houses. In addition, both front and back gardens are secure.

It is truly a place to relax and enjoy some French hospitality in either summer or winter.
