It was good for the price but obvious issues

At a first glance the property was good however upon further duration of the stay there was obvious repairs that were needed to be made The fan in the master needed to be properly mounted The fridge was not functioning however host did instal mini fridge in substitute The ventilation in the living room needed to be fixed in the wall properly Issues with the tub as well However the bedding was divine and the space was cozy and comfortable We throughly enjoyed the porch space as well as the vicinity in relation to the down town area

Close to the Conference Center

Stayed for a few days while attending a conference. Convenient walk to the conference venue, small and tidy place to stay. The closest grocery store requires a vehicle but I made do with the local convenience store.

Adorable apartment, clean and well maintained

We really liked the apartment, but didn't love the area where it's located. I wouldn't walk to downtown venues without my husband with me. Don't know if the people upstairs were renters or not, but they were very loud all night. Cari was organized, quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

The condo was clean and nice. Easy walk to downtown. Common area was not very inviting.

I was attending a convention and this was a good substitute to the over booked hotels.

Great location to convention center, coffee, and awesome brewery/restaurant

Great!! Adorable place, very convenient to downtown area, and fabulous restaurant and coffee shop with 2 blocks. I didn't rent a car and found the location very walkable. Owner and assistant were extremely attentive and helpful!!
