*すばらしい滝と光るプール**広々とした家**完璧な4家族の再会*

My husband and I met at BYU and have been happily married 38 yrs. We have 8 children and 8 grandchildren. I teach an early morning Seminary class to teenagers every school morning and assist in my husband's Holistic Metabolic Center. I love music, to read, swim, design allergy-free meals for our family, dejunk, organize and to play with my grandchildren. John loves caring for his patients, hiking with our kids, and fixing & creating beautiful things. In 1991, he began an addition to our house, which almost doubled the size of our home. He enjoyed that so much, that in 2001, he began building our gorgeous pool and tropical landscaping.

We decided to buy a home in East County, because we wanted a house with a bit of property on it so that there would be plenty of room for a large family. My husband told me when he asked me to marry him that he wanted a dozen kids, and I was crazy enough to say yes! :} (Stopping with 8 was ok, though) He went to 4 different High Schools when he was growing up, so he wanted to buy a home where our children could stay until they graduated. This home was perfect for our growing family! The addition and the pool have made it the center for many of our children's friends and activities. They loved to invite their friends over to play pool, BBQ, jump on the trampoline, swim, or watch movies on our big screen TV

Now, almost all of our children are married or have gone to college, and we find that we are rattling around this big house and that our dining table has too many empty chairs. We began listing with "airbnb" a little while ago, and really enjoyed meeting so many truly wonderful people! We are excited to offer our house now on VRBO.

Our beautiful, tropical, resort-like back yard is the crowning glory of our property. My husband truly designed a paradise! There are so many different ways to enjoy yourself: picking fresh grapefruit, tangerines, apricots, or avocados when in season from our small orchard, jumping on the trampoline, reading a book or gazing down at the pool from our swing under a palapa, diving into the pool from our 13 foot waterfall, cooking dinner on the BBQ, tanning on the lounges, and swimming laps or just splashing with your kids in the pool. We have even had guests bring their computers out to the picnic table to finish a big work project, for the wi-fi is really strong there. One family with 5 kids would be out in the pool by 7:00 am every morning! They adored swimming in our 80*F pool (the temperature of the pool is usually 80* by mid-June).

When the house is rented a caretaker or myself will stay in the attached flat to be available for questions or any issues that might come up (that area is not pictured or included in the bedroom and bath count). There are a lot of moving parts to running the pool & spa, landscaping and other equipment for such a large property and we want your time to be as enjoyable as reasonably possible, so we will make ourselves available for questions and assistance as needed.

This home is really nice, very comfortable, clean, and feels much like a beautiful resort with
palm trees, ample windows & sliders to the outdoors. It can accommodate larger groups, however being in the middle of a quiet residential area, isn't suitable for large parties or loud outdoor music. Consideration of the neighbors and respectful use of the home is expected and greatly appreciated!
