It has been an excelent stay! The apartment is impressive! New, clean and extremely comfortable! We were in Porto for business with our comercial team and each of us had his own bathroom and TV in the room. It is like being in a hotel and sharing a flat at the same time! We had the advantages of both! And then, we had every morning the breakfast delivered at the apartment! Incredible!! Finally the apartment is very well located, in the deep center of Porto! I recommend this apartment very much!! Thanks to all Feel Porto team for welcoming us so well and for the very profesional service!

Sufficient bathrooms and toilets ( total 4 ). The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is great, very close to most of the attraction. The carpark was super convenient. Communications with the host with whatsapp was easy and efficient. Yet it was just minor issue and could be easily solved.

Our booking for this apartment was missed despite our deposit being paid

This apartment was our first choice and what we had reserved early in 2018 for a stay in September. Despite several communications to confirm (with no issue raised by the landlord), it was uncovered one month prior to our stay that it had not been secured by the landlord's reservation team Therefore we could not stay in our chosen apartment for the full duration of our stay. Our deposit had been taken, so we had no warning or communication that there was a problem. Fortunately, they were able to secure another of their apartments for us for the full stay. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 8 adults with one exception, the sounds of construction in the building (below the apartment) that began at 8 am and lasted all day. For the late risers in our group, this was definitely an inconvenience. We had not been warned of the construction at the time they changed our booking. Otherwise, we found the location to be perfect for our daily activities and staff was very responsive to our needs. A very squeeky privacy door which separated the bedroom area from the living space was fixed and the slow internet was corrected in a very timely manner. In the future, this apartment will be terrific when the construction is completed!
