This place was amazing for our mother daughter trip!!!! It was great because we each got our own room and peace if needed. Easy walking to sights and not packed at all. I always felt very safe. It was great staying away from the touristy areas and all the crowds. Very quiet at night to sleep which we needed after taking tours and doing all the things. Also lots of cafes and restaurants around to enjoy. And the market down steeet to get any waters or others things of you needed. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully will be back soon.

We couldn’t have imagined better location for our two week. Stay in Florence. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and its location could not be better.

We had a nice stay at this flat. Pros: location, outdoor area, spacious living area, good communication with host, generally clean (although we had to run dishes through the dishwasher before use). Cons: church bells ring LOUDLY and often in the morning starting around 7am which made it difficult to sleep in. Also, I chose this flat in part because air-conditioning was a listed amenity, but upon arrival we were told air-conditioning would not be turned on until June. There are also strict instructions that you are not allowed to adjust the thermostat during your stay (up or down) which makes it difficult to ensure your comfort.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the aspects of the apartment you enjoyed, especially the location, outdoor area, and communication. We would like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Regarding the church bells, the church is located in the adjacent square and not attached to the property itself. Over the years, none of our previous guests had mentioned the bells as a disturbance, as they are part of the typical atmosphere of the historic center of Florence. We would also like to clarify that the bells do not ring at 7:00 a.m., as mentioned in the review. Concerning the air conditioning during the dates of your stay the temperatures eas around 18°/20 C, and local municipal regulations do not allow private buildings to activate heating or coolong systems outside the permitted seasonal periods. For this reason, the thermostat settings could not be modified. During your stay, we were also happy to assist you with several additional services, including arranging taxi calls, for organizing your excursions and departure. We always strive to support our guests in every possible way to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciate your note regarding the dishes; however, we would like to mention that no concerns regarding cleanliness were reported to us during your stay, and we would have been happy to address any issue immediately if informed. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best for your future travels.

Absolutely everything was as advertised or better. It was clean and just the right mix of old world plus modern amenities. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A better location would be hard to find. A stone's throw from the piazza but on a quiet street. A quick check on Google Maps shows you close to two bakeries, an excellent trattoria across the street, a grocery store a few minutes away, a Farmacia next door, a great gelato stand 5 minutes away across the street from a local park. Adjacent to the Piazza del Carmine are some excellent eateries staffed with the most wonderful people. Now let me talk about our friendly and professional hosts, Valentina and Viviana:) We received prompt responses to all of our questions and had a flawless procedure from beginning to end. These two ladies were so friendly and helpful in all of the personal touches they provided. We're so grateful to have spent a month in this very special place.

The apartment was very spacious and everything was updated. The outside patio was a nice addition if you wanted some fresh air. The location was wonderful with a view of a local church square. We were away from the large crowds of the downtown, but could easily walk to all parts of the city.

Large & comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great neighborhood, large apartment with plenty of space. Easy walk over the bridge into the heart of Florence, and the best restaurants are on the Oltrarno side of the river.

Perfect place for our family

We had a wonderful stay. The location is out of the hustle and bustle but an easy walk with two children. It was quiet but less than 3 minutes to some of the best Italian food and fun. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely!

We had the best time here! The apartment was nice and cool during the hottest time of the year and provided all of the amenities we needed to relax after long days walking around the city. The terrace was so lovely for breakfast and relaxing. The location is wonderful for its proximity to local bakeries, shops, markets and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great location in a great city!

Valentina and her colleague Viviana were great. From the booking all the way to the check-out process, they were responsive and prompt. The apartment is big and fit my family of 4 comfortably. It's located in a great spot with amazing food within 5 minutes from the apartment.

Convenient and comfortable

We loved this rental. A spacious and clean flat in a quiet neighborhood that’s very accessible to central Florence. Come here if you want a break from the tourists. Would rent again.
