The villa was perfect for a family holiday. The villa was spacious. The pool was perfect for a family of 5. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. On arrival we met with family member who showed us to our villa and was shown around and given advice on places to go and how to use things within the villa. There was a welcome pack of basics, bread, prosecco. Also there was, coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, hand wash etc were provided.
There were plenty of books, dvd's and information pack. The kids liked the games room.
The villa was clean, spacious and private. The pool was a really good size and there were steps to get in, we spent a lot of time in the pool.
You do have to drive everywhere as you are quite out of it. The village is within walking distance. We went to the village few times, for groceries, drink and to buy train tickets. The locals do not speak English so was difficult at times to communicate even with google translate.
Used the train to Rome which is about 15 minutes away, you have to buy the tickets from a bar and you have to validate them at the train station with machine.
The kids liked the local karting place which was really good value for money which was close by.
Visited the beach, water park, waterfall and Rome, which involved a lot of traveling. The train service was cheap and easy to use.
I could not fault the villa and Luisa and her family were very friendly and easy to get in contact with.
The only downside is that it did not matter what product we used we were eaten alive by mosquito's and often had to eat in at night.
I would recommend the villa
