Welcome to this magnificent 6th-floor penthouse, where breathtaking ocean views and thoughtful design combine to create a perfect coastal escape. This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is uniquely suited for multigenerational families, featuring a main-floor private suite with an en-suite bath, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The penthouse offers two distinct living spaces: a formal living room for quiet relaxation and a comfortable family room, both with stunning views of the Atlantic. An elegant wet bar is available for evening cocktails. Upstairs, two more bedrooms await, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and balcony—one with serene marsh views and the other overlooking the ocean. The sound of the waves will be your nightly lullaby.

This home is your personal escape, offering exclusive access to the building`s private pool and tennis court, both just a short stroll from the beach.

Beautiful, comfortable place. Our fourth visit and already booked for next year. Doris and Lailly are very attentive/ responsive hosts. Can’t decide if we love the sunrise over the Atlantic or the sunset over the marsh the best!! Both views are magnificent from this condo.

The property is clean and well taken care of. The walk to the pool and distance to the beach are great and ideal for grandparents and young children. We spent our evenings on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We booked it again for next year!

This was our annual family reunion/vacation. This condo was just perfect in every way. There was no need to look for fun elsewhere- the pool and beach were more than enough to keep us busy. The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful! Loved the kitchen and we sure used it a bunch! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!

One of our favorite places we stayed in Amelia!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The property manager was very accessible and helpful. The pool was not heated and there was no access to a fitness facility but we still found plenty to do in the area. We played tennis and the kids enjoyed bike rides. Would rent the property again:)

Condo was very well furnished and stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. Great location with access to beach and pool. We rented a golf cart to get around the plantation more easily with my parents. Booking was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
