Kalafrana Cottage Quaint Pet friendly plus 2 mins To Beach plus Free Parking.

Hello my name is Paula and this is my quaint fisherman's cottage which has been in my family for just over 100 years. The cottage retains many of its original features and is tucked away in downalong the finest location in St Ives it is literally 2 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants beaches and nearest parking.
You simply cannot be better placed for all the town has to offer. The transport links, ie Bus and Train are only a ten minute walk away.
You have two entrances into Kalafrana one side entrance takes you down to the ground floor which is the kitchen diner with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer,Wine Cooler, microwave and smart TV and utility room housing washer dryer, wash basin and WC. There are also stairs taking you up to the lounge.There is a retractable stair gate if needed for the little ones. You will also find a Travel cot /playpen in the lounge storage cupboard.
The front door takes you into the spacious lounge with TV, DVD player plus free WiFi. The stairs take you up to the first floor where you will find a large double room with Smart TV also bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Then a further flight of stairs takes you into the 2nd bedroom which has two single 3ft beds, TV and DVD player.
My cottage should have everything you need including gas central heating, duvets, bed linen, hand and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. I do hope you enjoy your stay. Please feel free to ask any questions. Regards Paula
