Your accommodation is unique and has about 80m2 living space spread over 2 floors. During the restoration many original elements were preserved. Upon entering you will immediately enjoy the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen. Just sit back on one of the comfortable sofas or watch a program on the satellite TV. Equipped with air conditioning and fireplace, the room has a pleasant temperature in every season. The dining area is for 6 people and the kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the essentials you need for cooking. The property's 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request. The extra guests sleep in two individual folding beds. In winter there is central heating available.

Inca is a tranquil little town in the center of the island. Its central location makes it the ideal starting point for activities. The city offers all the services you need for an independent finca holiday. Inca is known for its leather goods and numerous factories produce here. Every Thursday, the weekly market takes place and in addition to souvenirs, clothes and other things, you can provide yourself with fresh food of the region. To the north of Inca there are beautiful beaches, to the south, Palma, the capital of the island, on a trip to the mountains you can visit the monastery Lluc and much more. The perfect place for those who are not just looking for sun and beach.
