Hello Toni! Sorry so much for the inconvenience, if you had informed us about any cleaning issue at your arrival or during your stay, our housekeepers, who are every day in the building, could have taken care about that in a few minutes. For your information, at Miami Vacation Rentals, we are now taking extra precautionary measures due to COVID19 in all our properties: • Our apartments are now extra sanitized. Counters and all other surfaces are specially cleaned with Clorox or other options, as recommended by the EPA. • We clean and iron our towels and linen professionally, which means they are exposed to higher temperatures that when done at home or in the apartment. • Our personnel will not shake hands or have any physical contact with guests. In any case, they sanitize their hands after each check-in. • Our apartments do not have shared central air conditioning so that you do not get air from other units or guests, unlike most hotels. • Our check-in personnel have a non-contact thermometer to check guests' temperature upon their arrival. Although this is not mandatory, the vast majority accepts and is pleased that we do it. In case of a doubt, we proceed with extra sanitation and ozone cleaning. We could also include for FREE the condo cleaning/disinfection with an Ozone machine if requested 48 hours before the check-in. I hope we could have you as our guests again in the future. See you soon!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so happy to hear that our attention to detail made your stay extra special. From the cleanliness to the little touches like coffee and wine, we strive to create a truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to welcome you back to your little paradise! 🌟🍷😊

Thank you for your valuable feedback, Alexander! We're glad you enjoyed the location and accessibility of the Brickell area. Your safety suggestions are greatly appreciated — we take them seriously and are already reviewing: Installing a vertical grab bar in the shower, replacing the non-slip bath mats, Assessing the bed base legs for a safer, rounded design and Inspecting and fixing the lockbox immediately. Your insights help us improve the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back with these updates in place.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, Alen. Providing excellent service is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. We are committed to addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly. We believe there was a miscommunication issue which was swiftly resolved. As for the overcharging, you took the parking pass and we just informed you that not returning this pass would have a cost as we would have to purchase a new one. We are glad you were able to return it before the next check-in. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services.
