Nice apartment with 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), dining room for 6 people, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious terrace with dining for 6 people, a sofa seating area and 2 sun beds. Childs high chair and child travel cot available. Smart TV and WIFI included in the price. Gated urbanization with two pools, gardens and access for disabled. The pools have lifeguards in attendance during the summer season. Free parking right outside the apartment. Supermarket, pharmacy and fitness center close by. It is 300 meters to Estepona marina, a lively port with all kind of bars and restaurants. On either side the blue flag beaches La Rada and Del Christo. There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance. After a lovely 20-minutes walk to Estepona town center, you will find all kind of services, shops and restaurants. The distance to Malaga airport is 80 km. Airport transfer on request, please ask for rate. To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.
*Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

Overall a fantastic apartment with everything you could ask for in a holiday let. We had a couple of issues during our stay, including a water leak, which flooded one bedroom and bathroom but Rosa the apartment manager responded quickly to resolve the issue.We also had a couple of cockroaches in the apartment. Rosa left some spray for us to use. I would recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Amazing apartment in Estepona.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Estepona. Perfect location very near the port where there are great restaurants, bars / cafes and a lovely Sunday market. Also, only a 20 minute walk into the old town area that was beautiful, again with great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay, nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The outdoor covered porch is big with dining table and chairs, comfortable chairs and sun loungers. All in all, it’s is a fabulous apartment in a perfect location. But bear in mind, if you are walking, there is quite a steep hill back to the apartment from the port. There are a few ways up the hill, some not as challenging as others but it is a quite steep incline. We walked it 2 to 3 times a day and it did get easier. We loved the place and hopefully we’ll be back. Thank you.

Gorgeous apt, difficult location

I cant praise this apt enough. It was a real home from home, very comfortable and stylishly furnished. The terrace is magnificent and exactly why we booked, no view though. However, it is in the upper part of the development which involves a very, very steep hill. We took a taxi home every evening. Also, to access the pool, it is necessary to exit the urbanisation and re-enter by another gate part, not great planning! Ladies remember a hairdryer, there isnt one. TV wasnt working as owner hadnt renewed subscription and car parking is hit & miss depending on a space being available. Contact with management company was very good - thankyou Rosa!

Prachtig appartement met zeer ruim terras

Zeer sfeervol ingericht appartement met een ruim terras waar voldoende zon komt. Locatie was ook super. Lekker dicht bij de haven, maar de weg terug omhoog is wel erg stijl. We hebben het zeer nar onze zin gehad.

Better than a home from home!

I think the best way to sum up how fantastic this property is, is to say that we would happily live there! It offers pretty much everything you need for a great holiday. The appartment is very tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable and clean. The balcony is basically an extra room with an open roof. The complex was peaceful and very well maintained. It was just so easy to relax and enjoy our time there. It has very could internet and a good choice of tv chanels in various languages if you want to spnd time inside. There is a bit of a hill to walk up from the nearby marina and shops, but you can make that easier by meandering through the complex and doing like the do in the Wizard of Oz and follow the yellow brick road! Rosa, the agent who looks after the property was very helpful and informative well before we arrived and when we got there. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again if we return the Estepona for another holiday. Which is quite likely as it's a lovely town to visit.

Lovely apartment

This apartment was perfect for our week holiday. Very well equipped with a fabulous balcony. If you are not familiar with the complex it is very well situated for the marina and the old town. Be warned though, it is very hilly.

Prima appartement aan haven Estepona

Goed gelegen appartement met makkelijke toegang tot de haven van Estepona. Groot terras met heel goeie oriëntatie om te zonnen van bij ontbijt tot in de namiddag. Mooi ingericht en met alle keukengerief aanwezig. Wij waren er in maart, toen renovatiewerken aan ander appartement aan de gang, wel enkel overdag en niet in weekend.
