Beautiful Mediterranean-style villa in Cala Egos, welcomes 6 (+ 1) guests.
Refresh yourself in the 9 x 2.8 m fresh water pool (water depth of 0.5 - 1.8m). The pool is kept clean with chlorine and surrounded by a lawn with sunbeds and a small hedge for privacy. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a dining space on the veranda and a mobile grill for a barbecue with friends and family. The property is fenced and you have direct neighbours.

Over 2 floors spread 360m2 living space. The bright decor with natural colours invites you to linger, make yourself comfortable in the air-conditioned living area, watch a film in the satellite TV or read a book. The dining room is also independent and can accommodate 6 people. Finally the kitchen, also independent and fully equipped to cook with comfort: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a table with 6 chairs to cook in company. In the house you will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In this accommodation you can choose between three bedrooms to rest. The first has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. And it is on the ground floor, where you will also find another bathroom with shower.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with single bed and a sliding bed, the other with double bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

The house is located in Cala Egos, in the southeast of Mallorca. The small town has all the necessary services (supermarket, restaurant, bar, etc) you need for an independent stay. Everything else can be found in Cala D'Or and Porto Petro. The resorts are within easy reach and have a wide variety of entertainment options. The beach is only 950m from the house and although it is very small, a true paradise with fine sand and clear water. Other beaches in the area are the beaches in the Mondragó Natural Park, Cala Esmeralda or Cala Ferrera.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Please, do not mark babies ( from 0 to 2 years old) as children. Guests between the ages of 2 and 15 are considered children. Guests who are 16 years old are considered adults. Free Wifi
