The house is great, fully equipped, in good shape and very clean. The view ist stunning and the pool is smashing. Great water quality, cleaned in short intervals. We had a great time and will certainly come back. The lady of Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly and responsive!

We have recently returned from Costa Paradiso, where we stayed in one of the splendid structures made available by Sardinia unlimited, in particular Villa Il Saluto del Sole which with its magnificent sea view alone is worth the price of the holiday. sea, peace and silence ... just what we were looking for. Ms Rina then very welcoming, kind and helpful. We will certainly rent again with Sardinia unlimited. Super recommended !!

Der Pool war defekt, dass wurde uns eine Woche vor Anreise bekannt gegeben. Der Pool war aber schon locker nach dem Algenwachstum zu urteilen 6 Monate oder länger kaputt. Alle Pfannen in der Küche sind stark zerkratzt! Alle Messer Stumpf! Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich in einem Keller der extrem muffig riecht und in dem niemand schlafen mochte. So haben wir Klappbetten aufgestellt. Das einzige tolle an dem Haus ist die super Lage und der tolle Ausblick.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Strandnähe war toll. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool besonders für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Es geht vorne flach rein und wird nach hinten immer tiefer. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Für uns, als Familie, mit drei Kindern war es perfekt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Die Lage des Objektes traumhaft - man konnte täglich von der Terrasse wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten, das Ferienhaus ist leider teilweise schon ganz schön abgewohnt - Fenster in der Toilette nicht mehr kippbar und auch nicht verriegelbar, trotz Verriegelung konnten sie geöffnet werden, im Schlafzimmer fiel der Putz von der Wand, Balkontüre nicht mehr abschließbar, fehlender Moskitoschutz etc.Unser größter Mangel war der komplett grüne, leider für uns nicht nutzbare Pool die gesamte Ferienwoche - wurden leider im Vorfeld auch nicht darüber informiert! Auf Nachfrage haben wir wenigstens eine finanzielle Rückerstattung erhalten.Alles in allem finde ich den Preis für die angebotene Qualität zu hoch!!!

Belle villa avec une vue magnifique.La prestation n est pas au niveau par rapport au prix:- pas de climatisation, et avec des nuits très chaudes, c est pas très agréable - très peu d equipements dans la cuisine (pas de cafetière, pas de four micro-ondes, ... pas de balai,...)- la salle de bain du rez de chaussée est très sommaireLa piscine est de petite taille (déclarée pour 5 personnes) et est partagée avec d autres villas (propriétaire ???) et nous avons eu le désagrément qu'elle soit monopolisée pendant toute une journée avec repas du midi, alcool, apéro du soir par un groupe de 6-7 personnes un peu brurantes... Mais sur les autres journées RAS.Attention beaucoup de moustiques et de guêpes.Mais, le cadre est superbe, les couchers de soleil au top.

Traumhafter Ausblick für Geniesser; Pool ist klein aber fein; Einkauf und Abfallentsorgung mit Fahrzeug gut erreichbar; die Haushaltsausstattung ist dürftig (z.B. keine Grillzange, Klimatisierung in Schlafräumen ..); hat uns in Allem sehr gut gefallen

It was an amazing experience.

the property was great but renting towels was not something that i was expecting. Not having enough toilette paper was weird. Everyone involved was exceptional. the service was excellent. we are very happy with everything.

Die Bilder in der App entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Wunderschöne Umgebung, tolles sauberes Haus. Nur in der Einliegerwohnung sollten dringend die Fenster repariert werden.

Villa in traumhafter Lage

Super Lage oberhalb der Felsenküste mit tollem Meerblick. Schöne Terrasse. Zum kleinen Strand nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe vorhanden. Extrem gut war die Betreuung vor Ort von Rina!

Family holiday in Costa Paradiso

Very clean villa in amazing hillside location with panoramic views over the beautiful coastline. Well equipped for self catering. You definitely need a car as its an extremely hilly area. Villa was quite hard to find as set back from road and no signage on road to indicate villa name. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as 50 steps up from road to villa. Resort is slightly run down feeling with a few restaurants which are ok but not amazing, some shops, a hotel, and a sports centre. The villas are well spaced we didn't feel overlooked at all, and its a very quiet area. There's a lovely beach within walking distance of the villa - spiaggia li cossi (30 mins walking) and another lovely beach you can take a short boat trip to spiaggia tinnari. Due to the mountains the roads are very steep and winding - so it does take a while to get to anywhere else and you have to drive everywhere. Cycling would be tough. Please note you have to pay extra for cleaning, towels, linen, wifi (which didn't work very well). The sister firm sardinia4u who provided these were very helpful in recommending restaurants to drive to and also booked a boat trip for us from Palau which was a great day out. Overall a great holiday but felt a bit isolated - a week was long enough.

Superb Mediterranean View & Infinity Pool

This home’s view is so beautiful, with an incredible infinity pool that will not disappoint. The views of the cliffs are beyond words. The home is setup on a tri level with a large functional balcony. Be read to climb quite the steps to the front door and levels within. There aren’t any fans or air conditioning and in late June the temps are very hot. There were critters to contend with and bring replacement toilet paper.

Das Haus ist in einer traumhaften Lage.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt.Der Pool ist fantastisch.Lediglich müsste die Küche etwas erweitert werden.Das heisst ein paar mehr Gläser und ein paar mittlere Töpfe wären dringend nötig.Der Wasserkocher wurde uns auf Wunsch noch zusätzlich gebracht.2 Paar Geschirrtücher wären auch von Vorteil.1 Stück ist etwas zu wenig.Ansonsten war es sehr schön.Im Mai leider etwas zu kalt.Aber wir haben ein paar Heizkörper von der Vermietung bekommen.Werden noch lange von der traumhaften Aussicht träumen.Danke .Sabina und Micha

Adorable Sardinia!

Like every year, this year we have been in our beloved Sardinia, which we have been visiting for many years. This time we decided to rent a villa together with some friends and it was just a beautiful and new experience. We were 5 together with our beloved dog. The villa we rented was equipped with a private swimming pool for which our child was very happy with this new experience. A very comfortable and well-maintained villa with a priceless view. The reception was very warm. I believe we will repeat this experience again next year.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein wunderschöner Ort mit viel Ruhe. Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort und trotzdem war es wirklich sehr erholsam und ruhig. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Aussenpool war natürlich auch top und unsere Tochter ist gerne nach dem Strand noch reingesprungen. Mein Mann hat oft grilliert und wir haben tolle Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen.

Vista mare incredibile!

Siamo stati ìn questa villa in gruppo con amici per pochi giorni, ma sono stati incredibilmente rilassanti. La villa ha una poszione molto bella e la piscina è spettacolare. Anche l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata è stata molto calorosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Conserveremo proprio un bel ricordo!

Spectacular view and location

The big porch in front of the house where we could relax and chill out was great, and the porch was the perfect place to have our meals. Unfortunately the kitchen was limited equipped and we missed a dishwasher. The view from the pool and porch was amazing. We had an easy access to the sea, perfect for snorkelling and to jump from the cliffs. Costa Paradiso was a nice place to visit. The service we received from Sardinia Unlimited was outstanding, thank you for your good service!
