Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist einzigartig. Lediglich Restaurants gibt es im Umkreis in der Nachsaison nicht viele… Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Rina war sehr herzlich und alle Wünsche wurden kurzfristig erledigt, Danke ????

Fantastic experience! we spent a week at Villa Mariù and Amelie at the end of May, and despite a few moments of rain, we relaxed and had a great time. The Villa is spectacular, practically on the sea....and what a sea! I recommend it to everyone as an experience, plus Sardinia Unlimited is very professional and helpful for anything. Thank you all!

Unfavorable price - quality ratio

House inna beautiful environment, in a quiet location. In my opinion the price should included bed linen AND electricity. The additional cost of electricity was unbelievably high. We should gry specyficzny data on the basis of which it was calculated - we were only informed about the amount to be pauszale.. I would prefer to pay more right away AND not add additional amounts during my stay. Poorly working dishwasher , broker safe are additional drawbacks. On the other hand the proces od accomodation AND the Service od Sardinia Unlimited are highly appreciated. A nice gesture od the owner would be to provide beach towels which are heavy AND you cannot always take tchem with you on the plane.

Déception

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable du fait de la localisation en front de mer, la plage abritée à 100m et du standing du domaine. Rina, notre contact de l agence de location nous a très bien accueillis et s est montrée efficace et serviable. Néanmoins nous avons trouvé la décoration de la maison désuète, pas assez neutre pour s’y sentir bien (trop de bibelots partout). Il est important d avoir en tête que la région est relativement ventée et qu il y a peu de choses dans les alentours notamment en terme de restaurants. Heureusement le restaurant et le bar du domaine sont de qualité (et le personnel très agréable). Enfin, malgré le fait que ce soit mentionné dans l annonce, il est assez désagréable au vu du prix de la location non négligeable, d avoir à payer les draps (15€/pers), le wifi (7€/j !! Ce n est plus d actualité) et l électricité séparément (sur une base pas vraiment transparente : 120€ pour 2pers pour une semaine). Pourquoi ne pas avoir un prix forfaitaire de la location à la semaine qui inclut tout ? De nos expériences de location de villas, nous nous attendions à un niveau de standing supérieur compte tenu du prix.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus Im Herbst jedoch (vielleicht auch wegen Corona) alle Restaurants, Bars in der Nähe geschlossen. Nur mit Auto (10 Minuten) nächstes Restaurant erreichbar. Einkaufsladen vorhanden (teuer)

Wonderful villa just about the sea

The position of the house is perfect, two minutes walking from the beach and few minutes from the shops. The large patio with a beautiful swimming pool and gazebo allowed us to spend most of our time outside enjoying the sun and the fantastic sunsets. We would really recommend this accomondation for a quiet and cosy time on the north coast of Sardinia.

Séjour très agréable!

Belle villa, beaux endroits, gens très gentils et bonne nourriture. La Sardaigne est tout cela et bien plus encore. Le village de Portobello où nous avons séjourné est très agréable, bien entretenu et calme. Nous avons adoré la villa que nous avons louée et avons certainement eu une position très stratégique. La réception était excellente. Merci pour tout!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und traumhafte Lage am Meer!

Ich und meine Freunde waren für 6 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Villa und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Dorf war in dieser Zeit fast wüste, aber wir waren ruhig, weil das Dorf immer noch nach außen geschlossen ist. Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Aufwachen am Morgen mit Meerblick war für uns wunderschön, da wo wir Leben ist dies unmöglich. Der Lärm und der Duft des Meeres sind eine schöne Erinnerung.

The sea a few steps!

The thing that I liked most about this villa was its position right on the seafront, how wonderful! I love the sea even when it is "angry". Even the interior is very elegant. Sardinia unlimited greeted us with warmth and made us feel like we were at home. Great short stay!

Villa fantastica!!!

La villa dove siamo stati, anche se per soli 3 giorni, era a dir poco fantastica! Vicinissima al mare e al centro del villaggio, anche se purtroppo in questo periodo c'erano molte attività già chiuse. Avendo la macchina, comunque, non è stato un problema trovare delle attività aperte nelle vicinanze. La spiaggia era proprio di fronte alla villa, per cui, dato che il tempo era abbastanza bello, abbiamo usufruito sia della spiaggia che della bellissima piscina privata. Portobello è un villaggio turistico residenziale tenuto molto bene e sopratutto con un servizio di portineria al suo ingresso, quindi con l'accesso solo per i residenti e questo ci ha dato una sicurezza in più, dato che ormai ad ottobre era poco abitato. Sarebbe bello riprovare questa esperienza per un periodo più lungo e magari durante il periodo estivo con le giornate più lunghe, così da poter usufruire di questo bellissimo mare per tutto il tempo. Ci rivedremo al più presto. Grazie Sardinia Unlimited!
