Memories Made in Barcelona

This apartment was perfect for me, my two college girls, and my sister! The location was central to everything and it is literally around the corner from the Arc de Triomf! Lots of tapas bars and cafes in the surrounding area. It was such a cozy place and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!

Annonce mensongère

Au départ tout s'est bien passé : quartier idéal pour nous, à 2 pas de l'Arc de Triomf, appartement calme, clair, en apparence conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Sauf qu'il manquait un lit ! Il y avait écrit 5 couchages, or le canapé du salon n'est ni convertible, ni utilisable comme lit simple. Nous avons 2 enfants dont un grand ado, et le petit a dû dormir par terre sur des coussins pendant tout le séjour. Dans la cuisine, il y avait seulement 5 assiettes, 5 verres, des couverts pour juste un repas pour 5, bref c'est à la fois malhonnête (il manque un lit) et mesquin (matériel ultra sommaire pour la cuisine, pas de réseau internet...). Nous ne reviendrons pas. A tout cela s'ajoute qu'on a dû batailler pendant 3 semaines pour retrouver la caution (300 €), je pense qu'ils voulaient nous avoir à l'usure, mais qu'ils ont trouvé plus acharnés qu'eux... Bref très décevant, c'est quand même triste ce manque d'honnêteté pour tout.

Great for a family trip!

This place is great for a visit to Barcelona. We had five of us. We spent most of our time outside and the location was great. We walked everywhere. The coffee shop and bars across the street are great.

Ideal location, very nice apartment

The property is located 1 block from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro station of that name. It is a clean, modern attractive apartment in a very nice neighborhood of residential homes and very light commercial establishments. Some very good restaurants within a block or 2. A pleasant stroll through the gothic quarter can get you to the Ramblas or out to the waterfront area. All in all a very nice property. The host was great throughout monitoring our delayed arrival.

Clean and comfortable in a nice location

The apartment was perfect for 3 of us with all the necessary amenities. Comfortable beds and a kitchen stocked with with the standard utensils. The neighborhood is fairly quiet within easy walking distance to many local attractions. I Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Well appointed apartment in an excellent position for easy access to transport links and sightseeing

This was a very comfortable clean and well positioned apartment for sightseeing in and around Barcelona. Natalia met us on arrival and gave us lots of helpful hints of places to eat and visit.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood in Barcelona

We loved the clean design and interiors of this apartment. With the high ceilings and large french doors in both the living room and the master bedroom facing an interior courtyard, this space remained filled with daylight all day long and no street noise. It was advertised as a two bedroom but the second bedroom is dark and small, only had a single bed and the only contained closet unit. There was no closet in the main bedroom but did have ample drawer space. It was just the two of us so lack of closet storage was not a problem for us but could be with more guests. The bed was quite comfortable for our needs. It had a full functional kitchen with all the necessary appliances including a washing machine. The biggest "plus" was the location. It was a lovely neighborhood on the edge of the large city park. Across the street were two grocery stores for all of our food needs. Within a few steps were many coffee shops, tapas restaurants, shopping, etc. Walking about and experiencing the neighborhood was so enjoyable as everyone was friendly.
