Five comfortable bedrooms – each with a double bed, one of which have direct access to private terrace, one bedroom has a TV.
Bright and inviting living room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, CD player, sofa bed, and a dining table for six.
Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, and all the essentials for home cooking.
Three bathrooms – one with a bath tub, one with a shower, and a third with a shower and towel warmer. All bathrooms include hairdryers and amenities.
The terrace is is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh air.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay. The property has a noise monitor on the terrace, does not record your voice and alerts us when the usual noise levels are exceeded.

The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighboring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfilled, it may result in an immediate eviction from the property.
