Great apartment!

The unit was spotless, beautiful and very clean , the apartment is well located and the customer service is excellent! Joana waited for us at the parking garage and helped on check in and check out !

immaculate! comfortable! perfect location!

This is my second stay at this wonderful apt in Porto. Check in easy, very secure building central to walk to everything! Veronica has everything you need. I am 70 and able to use the stairs to the 3rd floor. Highly recommend.

Immaculate, comfortable and perfect location.

The apartment was absolutley spotless! The property has clearly been upgraded with quality , windows, AC, floors, kitchen very recently. There is plenty of storage and a TV with many stations. There is no time for TV in Porto. There is so much to see and it is all a short walk in any direction. Walk down the hill and there is a mini mart, continue down the hill and you are on the main street with sidewalk cafes , bakeries, and anything else you desire. Take a right downhill agaian and you are on the River with cafes, cruises and more. The yellow bus tour will bring you all over Porto and the 6 bridges tour on the Duomo is beautiful. We loved Porto and Veronica was very helpful. She arranged a taxi back to the airport for us and replied to all messages. Get your legs in shape as Porto is built on steep streets. The apartment is close to everything and you can hear the bells chime regularly which is beautiful. As with many european properties there are stairs only. We are in our late 60s and did not find it a problem. The building is very secure...and immaculate.

Great People, Nice Flat and Convenient Location!

First off Veronica and her husband (the owners) and Rita (the on-site help) were all just wonderful! The location is convenient to all things downtown just a street off of the Tower of Clérigos which happens to be directly across from Costa Coffee - best Mocha ever! The flat was as described in the listing but I must have overlooked the fact that the washer/dryer was actually not in the flat but was four flights down! Yikes! Also if you are not familiar with European washer/dryer combos they do not work like a dryer in the U.S. A drying rack in the flat would have been really useful since there were two couples with a week’s worth of laundry from a hotel stay in Lisbon. We made it work but I would have loved a drying rack. The rooms are typical for Europe, on the small side but there are nice wardrobe closets in each bedroom, and the wooden shutters are a quaint touch. We have rented four flats in Spain and Portugal for the past month and it seems to be typical that towel bars and shelves in the showers for personal cleaning items are not a priority in Europe. Their addition would be a nice convenience however. I would definitely recommend this flat and Victoria and her husband and Rita to anyone looking for a modern, clean, convenient location with kind people.
