Apartment with private terrace and rooftop pool, recently renovated and fully equipped with 110 m², located in the heart of Barcelona, opposite the impressive Arc de Triomf. Ideal for both short and long stays, from 1 day to 11 months.

This apartment is in a building with an elevator and offers complete amenities, in a well-connected area surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. Just minutes away from Parc de la Ciutadella, Plaza Cataluña, and the charming Gothic Quarter, where you can enjoy the vibrant life of Barcelona. And the best part is that the beach is very close to this building.

Perfect for Companies and Groups
Our apartment is ideal for large groups or businesses needing accommodation in Barcelona. The building has several floors and can accommodate up to 48 people. Perfect for work teams, families, or groups! We also offer other similar apartments in the same building, allowing groups to enjoy their privacy while staying close to each other.

Exclusive Services Available:
Breakfast in your apartment: We offer customized breakfast and snack options for your convenience.
Professional cleaning: We carry out thorough cleaning and disinfection after each check-out, ensuring your apartment is spotless.

Important Information Before Booking:
Payment: 30% deposit at booking (We do not accept American Express). The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash at check-in.
Deposit: A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in, refunded within 7–14 days after check-out.
Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (A 50 EUR fee applies for late check-ins).
No smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited; a fine of 400 EUR will be applied if violated.
No parties or events: If we receive complaints or the police intervene, a fine of 400 EUR will be imposed.

good location, terrible place

major maintenace issues: Broken stair case, live wires exposed, rotted, moldy wood floor by shower. Told management company about maintenance issues but did not address them . Unsafe. First night we were there people in the apartment below us broke their sliding door glass with a 2x4 piece of wood. heard banging and watched them for 2 hours try to break the glass until it finally shattered. Called police and management company to come out but did not show.

Ottima location ma appartamento scomodo e non curato

L’appartamento ha come punti di forza la location, attaccato alla metro e comunque comodo per la maggior parte delle attrattive che sono raggiungibili anche a piedi, e le ragazze dell’assistenza che sono gentili ed efficienti. L’appartamento purtroppo era poco curato, la camera di sopra era freddissima e non era possibile accendere la Pompa di calore in quanto emetteva un odore terribile. La parte esterna è la parte più bella della casa, mentre l’interno è buio e soffocante. Diversi mobili sono rotti o rovinati.

Siamo lieti di sapere che ha apprezzato la posizione dell'appartamento, vicino alla metro e comoda per la maggior parte delle attrazioni, e che ha trovato il nostro personale gentile ed efficiente. Ci dispiace sapere che l'appartamento non era ben curato. Ci scusiamo per il freddo nella camera di sopra e per l'odore sgradevole emesso dalla pompa di calore. È un piacere sapere che ha apprezzato l'area esterna, ma ci rammarica che l'interno fosse buio e soffocante, e che diversi mobili fossero rotti o rovinati. La ringraziamo per averci segnalato questi problemi. Prenderemo provvedimenti immediati per migliorare la manutenzione e la qualità del nostro appartamento. Cordiali saluti

The check-in process of going to the main office prior to the apartment location is tiring after a long day of travel. However, they were able to accommodate early check-in at least. Separately there were not enough towels.

Me alojé en uno de los apartamentos de My Space Barcelona en uno de los pisos que tienen en Roger de Flor. El apartamento nos encató, sobretodo la terraza que tiene que es un lujo en el centro de la ciudad. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina de la última planta ya que era febrero. Sin duda se lo recomiendo a todo tipo de huésped.

Quiet but very convenient location, excellent for work trip or holiday. The apartment was extremely quiet. I am a light sleeper and usually take ear plugs everywhere with me, but I didn't need to use them at all. It was quiet to sleep/rest in, but also very well situated for the city centre, many restaurants and the metro. So, the perfect combination of quiet and convenient for everything. The other main highlight was the friendly and very attentive people managing the apartment, who were very fast to answer any questions and could not have been more helpful. I had a great stay here and would certainly recommend it.

This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful area of Barcelona. The apartment is well designed, spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped. From the moment of booking, there is immediate and very helpful communication from the owner and his team. This continues until you arrive, when you are met in person and introduced to everything you need to know. Highly recommended.
