St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort

Our two bedroom, two and a half bath town home located at the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort and is just a short walk to the beach through the property. No dangerous roads to cross! The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently upgraded with granite and shaker style cabinets. The bathrooms and upstairs flooring have also been updated as of April 2017. The master features a California king size bed that is very comfortable with a corner mounted new TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. the queen bed is also very comfortable .A queen size sofa sleeper allows for extra sleeping space in the living room. The home is located close to the heated pool on the property and has a screened in patio that just got a lexan roof to keep you out of that late afternoon rain shower .The unit is fully furnished. The kitchen is very well stocked. Please bring your own beach towels. Smoking is prohibited. Only a short drive to shopping, fine dining, art galleries, historic sites in downtown St. Augustine. Enjoy the beach and all of the comfort the town home provides! Wi-fi, full size washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and cooler !

This was a beautiful home away from home, had all the necessities you could ask for. It was nice having the pool just out the back door and the stroll to the beach wasn’t to far...we actually enjoyed the little walk. The host Kevin was very helpful and timely with any questions we had. We would recommend this property, very family friendly. And we would book it again!

Easy check-in process, simple instructions to get in. Clean condo, everything we needed and more. Comfy beds. Cooked our meals most days, Kitchen well equipped. Laundry always a big plus.

Loved the beach access!

We really enjoyed our stay at this St Augustine Beach and Tennis club townhouse. It is an easy walk to the beach and this house has all of the beach toys and equipment that you need. We grabbed coffee at Kookaburra every morning. We did lock ourselves out once and the owner sent someone right over to open the door for us. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The property was beautiful! We loved the screened in porch and that we were just steps away from the pool. The beach was about a 10 minute walk, but not a bad walk at all. The people in side the community were very sweet and helpful. The property was loaded everything you needed for a fun filled beach day. My girls loved the bag full of sand toys and my teenage son loved the boogie boards. It even had chairs, umbrellas and a cooler.

Cute and cozy.

Kevin is amazing to work with! Wonderful townhouse with ample supplies. Beach was a little further than we had hoped, but still within walking distance and doable. Plenty of shops and restaurants within driving distance. We are already planning our next vacation here!

Wonderful house

Kevin was amazing to work with! The house was very clean and well stocked. I was very happy that I didn’t have to pack beach chairs and wagon! Kevin made sure that all the beach chairs and wagon was supplied. I will rent this house again.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time at the condo. It was fully loaded with everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay, we were close to everything, a few nice restaurants within walking distance, close to the beach. The owner had beach chairs, umbrellas a cooler. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. It is pet friendly as well, our pups loved it there. We will definitely be going back

Great Unit!

This rental was awesome!! Everything we needed was provided!! The owner was very attentive to our arrival. Pool access was just steps away. We were able to walk a short distance to beach walkway but chose to drive since beach access was so close. We will definitely choose this unit again!

Nice St. Augustine Beach condo

This lovely condo with full kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths is a great place to stay for a visit to the St. Augustine area. A bit of a hike to get to the beach, but there is a vehicle access point just at the end of an adjoining street. Beach chairs, etc. available in the condo. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Very clean and well-maintained; nicely decorated. Within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, stores, and shops.

Beach getaway

A couple of my friends and I wanted a few days to relax and unwind and enjoy some time on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only way it could have been better is if my “friend” could have kept his original plan to go but because of medical conditions he was not able to. The condo was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. anything we needed was on hand.

Perfect Stay

We had never visited St Augustine Beach but had been recommended to do so by family. Coming from the U.K., having a well equipped property is essential. This property has everything and more. When we told Kevin we were coming from the U.K. he even provided us with beach towels! He is an outstanding host - a fantastic and prompt communicator. Nothing is too much trouble. So thank you, Kevin, if we pass this way again we would be delighted to stay in your property once more.

Perfect location for St Augustine getaway

Drive to downtown was an easy 17-minutes. An easy 0.35 mile walk from condo to a gorgeous beach. Or if you have 4-wheel drive, I wasn't aware that this beach does allow vehicles like Daytona. Access to tennis club came in handy on check-out date so we could use locker room facilities to clean up after 1 final beach visit since it was past check-out time. Condo had nice furnishings, was very clean, and as everyone mentions, having a pool directly behind it was very convenient. Kevin's communication was awesome and went above expectations when he made sure we had no trouble getting into the condo when we arrived very, very late. Stop looking around and just pick this place! ;-)

My wife and I spent the first 4 years of our marriage in St. Augustine. After traveling 12 years for work we made it back to the First Coast and couldn't be more thrilled to provide you a rental with the extras we like to have when staying . Comfortable high thread count sheets,towels that feel soft , and a beach cart to carry your gear . A new king size bed that is comfortable. Both the master and guest bathrooms will be totally renovated by 4/21/17 . after that update the unit will totally updated with high end finishes. We stay there often. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We couldn't resist buying this property in St. Augustine when we could do so. For us, it is like coming home! The grounds offer plenty of shade and ambience .Safely gated and safely situated for walking to the beach . It is close to everything and being able to walk (1/16th of a mile) to the World Famous Oasis restaurant (breakfast,lunch dinner and live music) makes it ultra convenient .
