Welcome to ConK Aparments a modern apartment, renovated so that all our guests can spend an unforgettable stay in the dream city of Ronda.
All rooms are exterior, in addition to contact a small terrace where you can sit quietly while you plan your day in the city.
If you also come with a car, do not worry about the parking, since it has a parking space in the garage of the building totally free for our guests.
ConK Apartments is the center of the city so you can visit all points of interest on foot. Located next to the popularly called Calle de La Bola. A pedestrian street that crosses the entire downtown area of the city, where a large number of shops and restaurants are located where to taste typical tapas.
Just unpack your bags and start enjoying.

Look no more! This place is perfect -- location couldn't be better in that it is close to everything but not in the middle of town where it could be nosy. Excellent restaurant nearby called Akelarre! Communication was quick and easy! Only thing that won't work for some people would be that there are 2 flights of stairs

Nice apartment

We enjoyed our time here. Place was laid out nicely. The only downside for some may be the steps up to the apartment as there is no elevator.

Great everything!!

Great apartment right next to the pedestrian walkway. Anna was so helpful with check in. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Great Apartment Highly Recommend

The apartment in Ronda was fabulous! Great location, half a block off the Main Street through town. Modern, sleek, spotlessly clean, comfortable. We loved it! Would definitely recommend this unit for a stay in Ronda.

Fabulous Apartment-Great Location

Everything was great. Clean, modern, quite and good walking location. Half block off main pedestrian street leading to the old town and bridge. Had to park remotely when we arrived to make finding the building easier and when we left in order to drop off the keys as instructed. Would stay there again.

Bel appartement

Bel appartement remis à neuf et bien équipé. Bonne situation dans Ronda. Petit bémol, l'appartement est en étage (2ème) sans ascenseur. Le parking en sous-sol est bien pratique mais vous aurez des difficultés à vous garer si vous avez un gros véhicule compte tenu du nombre de piliers qui oblige à effectuer des manœuvres avec beaucoup de précautions. Néanmoins à recommander ++

Estafa

Hemos sufrido una estafa por parte de la empresa. Llegamos al alojamiento y habían instalado a otras personas sin avisarnos. Nos dejan por lo tanto sin alojamiento y sin solución para los días de nuestro viaje. La empresa no nos aporta ninguna solución con respecto al alojamiento y al importe. De vergüenza y denunciable por supuesto.

Very Nice Apartment

Modern, quiet, centrally located apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. For check-in, I suggest to park at the central Martinez Astein, and walk the one block to meet Antonio, and he can give instructions on how to drive to the apartment. The operation of the heating and cooling seemed a bit confusing to us, some printed instructions would be helpful. Overall an excellent stay.

Fantastic property with all the amenities

We stayed in 5 different places in Portugal and Spain on our recent trip - this was the best of them all. The bedrooms were large, modern, and comfortable. The flat was large. There was free parking. A/C worked great while we were there. We'd definitely stay there again.

Quiet apartment near main square

The apartment itself is very nice and quite clean and functional. Location is good. We had a difficult time with communication as the manager was not responding to emails and we did not have cell service in Europe. We couldn't get the blinds to work and the AC quit. Also, there was a total of 5 flights of stairs and no elevator!

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable!

This place looked just like the pictures, spacious, cute little balcony! Would stay here again. The only challenge was communication wasn't perfect with owners- they took some time to return phone calls, texts.. so just know that. Otherwise- it was perfect!

Spectacular!

This place was amazing! We stayed at four different places during our trip to Spain and this place stood out. It has clearly been newly renovated and everything was great. We are a family of 5 and everyone had their own bed and the place was very clean and very comfortable. There was also garage parking included. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. It is very easy to see every part of Ronda by foot from this place. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to any friends. We had a tremendous visit to Ronda including our stay at this apartment!

You built a new house, professionally decorated it, and just moved in. Your first day. That's it.

And everything is perfect. My biggest regret is I didn't get to stay there longer. The apartment is flawless and everything in it is brand new. The beds are extremely comfortable, there is a large kitchen with 2 beautiful bathrooms. Very fast WiFi and YOUR OWN PARKING SPACE. Ronda is probably my favorite town in all of Spain. Nestled in the Andalusian hills, historically rich and charmingly vibrant. Our apartment was steps away from the historic center. Within a half hour drive your can view prehistoric caves paintings, the white cities and old Roman ruins. Or, you can go shopping in any of the beautiful stores in Ronda's historic center. If you choose to go to Ronda and stay in this apartment, your only regret will be that you have to leave too soon. John Callahan
