入ると、広々とした静けさを感じさせる広いオープンダイニング、リビング、キッチンスペースがあります。 1階の大きな窓から天井までの窓から、テラス、10m x 4mのスイミングプール、屋外ダイニング、バーベキューエリア、ラウンジャーへ簡単にアクセスできます。屋外シャワーの近くにはフィットネスエリアもあります。

1階の2つのベッドルームには、ウォークインシャワーとテラス付きの専用バスルームがあります。マスターベッドルームは最上階全体を占め、モダンな専用バスルームとワードローブを備えています。マスタースイートでは、ガラス張りのドアからパティオの家具が置かれた広い専用テラスへと移動し、海の景色を眺めながらリラックスできます。地下室はリラックスしたりエクササイズをしたい人のための居心地の良い空間です。

Superbe Villa à 10 minutes de Moraira

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa, situé dans un endroit au calme. Très belles prestations. Nous espérons y revenir l'année prochaine à la même période. We hope so. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Rien a redire.

Quite simply, this villa is just perfect!

We spent the most amazing week at this luxurious property. From the moment we arrived, the owners were friendly and helpful and provided us with all the information necessary to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Quite simply, the villa is wonderful. Imagine everything you’ll ever need for the perfect holiday and it’s available, even right down to every kitchen utensil you could imagine. The owner was so thorough that even when we questioned if there were any cushions for the rattan style sunbeds (there were none), he arrived the next morning with a full set of cushions at no extra cost. Overall, the villa description is 100% accurate and caters for everything you will need. Every room and the outside areas were immaculate with lovely finishing touches including complimentary toiletries. So, the area.... The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and the terrain is a bit hilly in places but having said that we went with and elderly relative who is not very mobile and we coped really well with a wheelchair. There are two lovely restaurants within 100m of the villa but many more a short drive away so we would definitely recommend a car. The Pepe la Sal supermarket is only 2 minutes away and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The town of Moraira is a 10 minute drive and is stunning. Baladrar beach is also worth a visit with the most amazing views of the Mediterranean from the beach bar / restaurant. All of this is just a 1 hour drive from Alicante airport. This is a 5 star villa and comes thoroughly recommended for your perfect holiday. We didn’t want to leave and given half the chance will be back!

Just 400 metres from the Centro Comercial Pepe la Sal, bank, pharmacy, hairdressers, gym, bars and restaurants, and the Beniconnect Airport shuttle stop.
500 metres from the beautiful Bay of Baladrar, with beach bar and restaurant and the start of the coastal path.
1.7 km from Andrago Bay (cala Andrago), with the Algas Bar, Bar la Cabana and Les Bretonnes Beach restaurant.
3.5 km from the centre of Moraira, with footpath/cycle path all the way.

Our beautiful new villa is on a level plot close to the sea. We love the boho Ibiza-style design, the floor to ceiling wrap around windows that bring the inside and outside areas together, and the master bedroom terrace with the views of the Mediterranean.
