4 bedroom villa, Ibizan style, located in the prestigious area of ​​Pla del Mar, just 400 m. from the center, shops, bars, restaurants and 800 m. of the beach. Quiet and private place. Private pool. Garden. Barbecue. Parking for 2-3 cars. Central heating. Air-conditioning. Satellite television with English, German and French channels. Fiber optic Internet.

The house has one floor and is composed of a terrace, porch, large living room, kitchen, 1 shower-room, 1 bathroom, and 4 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (two with 2 beds, and two with a double beds).

Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room and all bedrooms. Mosquito nets in all windows.

The whole holiday was brilliant! I dealt with Marisa throughout the whole booking process and also for check in. She responded to messages very quickly and with all the information that was asked for - she was an absolute joy! The Villa is exactly as described in the listing and the pictures are very accurate. The kitchen was better equipped than we had hoped, with all the amenities you would expect - and more. There are plenty of plates and glasses so it meant we could load the dishwasher over a couple of days without running out of anything. The outdoor area is stunning with lovely views from around the pool. All in all a magical place to stay.
